Work pressure is the main problem which I along with my
employees will be facing in the hospitality sector. Further,
this is the only sector which operates efficiently by
satisfying the needs and demands of customers. Work
pressure exists in each and every organization. Working as
a junior HR manager, I have lots of responsibilities and I
am obliged to follow the instructions which are given to
me by Senior HR manager. I am also acting as a mediator
who develops a link between superiors and subordinate.

There are many works based problem which exist in organization
as employees do not have proper communication as they come
from different background and they have their own native
language which they speack. Further, employees have their
own perception to complete a given task.
In order to solve all these problems, training and develop session
will help me to overcome all these drawbacks. Proper training
will give hint to the employees that what task and duties they
have to perform. By proper training and development, work
pressure will get reduced and employees will be able to start
their work by setting time management strategies.
