INTRODUCTION
Personal and professional development is a method or way for assess an individual own
skills, abilities and capabilities with motive of achieving their goals and objectives in a way that
aid to realise true potential of an individual. PPD plans are used for various purposes such as to
improve individual efficiency and to implement decided steps different ways such as coaching,

Personal and professional development plan
