INTRODUCTION
Personal or professional is a combination of two word “personal” which
signifies to a single person rather than group and the other word is
“professional” that means someone who does a respected job which
requires high level of qualification. Thus development of an
individual personally and professionally defines improvement in
entire personality for performing specific job role as well as useful in
future also.

Own current skills and competencies against professional stan
dards and objectives
Self evaluation is one of appropriate tool of analysing own learning or
talent and helpful in getting aware about hidden weakness which
create problem while meeting the professional objectives. As per my
point of view I have the ability of enhancing my own knowledge
and skills which is beneficial at the time of performing job role as
well as personally.
