INTRODUCTION
Personal as well as professional development is known as the method through which several
people as well as the organization engage themselves in accordance to increase the

possessed by the individual in accordance to manage its personal development plan. In addition
to it the following report will cover about personal and professional development plan, personal
SWOT analysis, and continuous personal and professional development plan. It will support in
evaluating the strength that individual has and how these friend can be utilised in order to adapt

specific problems that involves that I overthink sometimes and not adequately cherish my own

as professional development which is coaching and it is also understood as the method of
creating such an environment in accordance to construct the appropriate relationship with the
workers. It is linked with the enhancement of the performance and skills of the people who
directly reports to the leader. In addition to it the effectual training and coaching offers leaders
such the capability for constructing and enhancing the confidence self-motivation as well as
achievers. Few of the advantages that I have experienced by effectual coaching described below
in brief.
Benefits to the organisation: It assist me in order to bottom line the task at the minimum
cost possible. As the leader I am capable to attain top quality people who are seeking for
job that want to work for the organization which are offering extreme level of
development possibilities. The turnover of the workers can also be minimised because of
workers requires to stay if there are professional as well as development skills program in
the organization. It will also be beneficial for the organization as well As for me as a
manager because I can be more capable to attain my specific work in the effective as well
as efficient way. It is also essential for me in accordance to maintain the workers that are
functioning in the organization by minimising the pressure and stress level they are
having because of work (Halim, and et.al., 2022). Having in order to overcome this I
have established in arena in order to make the workers relieve their stress and pressure by

Leadership: This is another skill that are needed by the leader which is very supporting in

managers as it will also assist me in order to follow the action plan and also increase my
several set of skills in accordance to maintain my own experience and also provide a
suitable performance and practice.
Organise meetings: I am working on maintaining as well as running the meetings in order
to make the management as well as communication more effective and efficient. This is
my obligation in order to schedule several meeting that will assist me in saving time as
well as enhancing the level of productivity as well as motivation. I have developed
routine of attaining the plan that is in the best possible way in order to identify the
solutions for the issues and it has also assisted me in avoiding several misunderstanding
and conflicts in the organization (Montalvo, 2022).
Leadership styles: I have also utilise several methods as well as leadership style that are
beneficial in maintaining the theories and assumption as well as I am focusing on
adopting search in my working as well. This style of leadership in which people are

rank or the higher job position and they are very well aware of attaining the success and

Weakness Apart from the strength I possess several of the weakness in myself in
which I’m not good at which are managing my own time as at the time

for me as I’m not capable to manage all my activities in time and which

Opportunities I can create several possibilities and opportunities that can assist me in
becoming more effective and efficient. By managing my time suitably I

At the time when I have to operate on several work at once then I can make
specific methods in the organization that can assist me in moving ahead in

people in the company.
Threats The threats that can affect me and my professional life as there are several
of the rivals that are currently making more and more efforts of being a

be more capable and possess more set of skills which can assist me in
having the edge over my competitors. In addition to it another threat which
I can have to encounter is there are several problems as well as issues in
