INTRODUCTION
Personal and professional development is an instrument used by an individual to set out
goals, objectives, strategies , future targets of their own life. It helps an individual his strengths
and weaknesses to move ahead in life. It clearly defines the core competencies of an individual.
The project report is all about the approaches to self-managed learning,ways of developing
personal and professional development and their benefits. It also clearly evaluates the current
skills and professional competencies. Identification of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and
threats. It also includes the personal and professional development plan. Proper implementation
