It is very difficult to determine development needs and wants. I am entirely believe that
setting goal, it would be main opportunities of improvement (Moss and et. al., 2014). After
fixing all objectives I have make my skills as well as frame SMART objectives i.e. Specific,
Achievable, Measurable, Time targeted and Realistic etc.
To improve my problem solving ability I will take different opportunities in order to
attend various conference, meeting and seminars where whole reports are represented through
shadowing of employment such as job. Staff members give correct presentation on the basis of
daily which will maximise my ability in different area. It is also essential in giving effective and
impressive presentation in a systematic manner.
