INTRODUCTION
In the modern scenario, employees working performance and personal skills of an
individual person plays important role in personal and professional life. For achieving
organisational goals and personal objectives in effective manner then it is very essential to have
some abilities, capabilities and skills in a person. This research project will be discussing about
several approaches to self manage which can be used in learning and evaluation as well as
different ways for life long learning in the context of personal and professional development.
Furthermore, effectively evaluation of current skills and competencies against to the
organisational objectives will be elaborating (McNiff, 2010). In this light, will be identify several
needs and activities which will be required to meet them. Also personal and professional plan
will be produced on the basis of identified needs. This research project is based on self
development as working as an employee in the local State Agency.

1.1 Contrary formulations to self manage learning and evaluation of them
Mainly approaches can be divided into two parts, with the help of them a person can
enhance their working performance such as follows:
Learning through research: Research is an best method for learn something new and
innovative thing. With the help of this, a person can learn and enhance their working
performance. In the addition of this, research is an continuous process, it conducting in external
market place for determining and finding new and authentic data. As well as with the help of this
approaches easy to identify current market trends and customer's requirements. As per that
company will produce appropriate products and goods for customers (Moon, 2013).

Learning through others: It includes several methods and techniques, with the help of
them effectively enhance their knowledge and working quality such as follows:
Internet: In this current time period, most of the persons using internet technique for
learning. Because on the internet available any kind of information, so persons can easy
to use and collect information with consuming less time. In the other hand, every
organisation prepared their own professional id, page, site on internet, there has available
all kind of informations about company and their products with fully clarification. So,
customers can easy to visit them and choose services and products as per their needs and
requirements (Kumari, 2011).
Seminar and Conferences: In this type of learning approach persons deliver their
knowledge and provide appropriate information to all other persons. In which people can
easy to ask any kind of questions and enhance their knowledge level in effective and
efficient way.
Along with this, there are major three type of learning styles such as visual, auditory and
kinaesthetic (Movement) which all are stated under follows:
Auditory: In the context of this type of learning style, in which learners are may be move
their lips and read out loudly. In this addition, they might be have some problems with
reading and writing tasks.
Visual: In which included major two type of sub channels such as linguistic and spatial.
Thus, learners who are belongs to linguistic which all are like to learn from written
language such as reading and writing works. Whereas, learners who belong to spatial
they have some difficulties with the written language but they can do better with charts,
videos and others.
Kinaesthetic: These type of learners are the best while touching and moving. Therefore,
in which carried out two type of things such as movements and tactile.

As I am working in the State Agency as a assistant, due to it is essential to enhance
learning skills and working capabilities. So here are available several ways, with the help of
