Personal and professional development is an essential part for a person to survive in his
life in a better manner (Hopkinson, 2014). Focusing on the weakness of a person development
plan has to be made to work on these which can help to attain future task in an efficient manner.
This assignment is having a content on learning styles which is supportive in the personal and
professional learning in the individuals life. Self evaluation is task which can support to a person
to make changes in his life by identifying these. Personal and professional development plan is
involved in this project. This report will provide a work based problems and solution on it of
individuals.

1.1 Approaches for self managed learning
Self-manage learning approaches helps an employee to learn by himself which more
effective than taking training from the professionals. Because in self learning, person gives his
effort in learning, as only interested employee will try to gain knowledge by his own and if the
person is learning something with his interest in particular field, than the knowledge gain by him
will be long lasting. On the other hand self-manage learning is equal to cooking the food by self
and training can be relate to cooked food. So overall, self learning consumes lots of time, this
helps employee not only learn the concept but also learn the logic behind that concept which has
huge impact on learning (Olsen, 2015). So an individual can learn from his challenging
environment at work office, from work culture, from his seniors or mentors. Therefore the basic
skills requires for self-manage learning is behaviours, individuality, understanding and many
other societal norms inside the the individual who is interested in learning.

are having a huge impact on the human mind and this is an easy medium to learn things in a
faster manner.

Diary management: This is the older pattern to remind work to do in a day, this is effective to

can be used in to making schedules of works to do in a day and as well as it has a potential to

difficult for me to manage my time in both kind of work. So I have to make a proper solution on
it in which I have to set a side my time of studies which are prior for me and in the remaining I
will utilise it in the personal life work.
4.2 learning styles which can be used
Some of the learning styles are here which can be used in the self learnings:
Reading: This is the oldest way by which I can get information on my problems and different
topics.
Visual learnings: By watching videos from YouTube and other sources I can get informations
which can help me to resolve my all issues and queries (Megginson. and Whitaker, 2017). These
are having a huge impact on the human mind and this is an easy medium to learn things in a
faster manner.
4.3 Evaluate different time management strategies
Some time management strategies are here to evaluate;
Diary management: This is the older pattern to remind work to do in a day, this is effective to
accomplish all task in a day but failed to complete all work on right time when they needed to
complete.
Setting priorities: This is an effective strategy which can be used in to the time management, it
can be used in to making schedules of works to do in a day and as well as it has a potential to
complete all task on the time when it is needed.
CONCLUSION
The above presented report has been concluded that personal evaluation and analysis
essential for the personal development. Skills development is essential for the personal

development and on the basis of its pe5rsonal development plan formulated. Time management
