Self-managing learning is the process of developing itself and it helps to grow personnel
skills, knowledge, and learning. it helps to learning new things for whole life and help to increase
self-confidence. Self-motivation is very important for lifelong learning.
Some relevant approaches are given below:
Visual: it is referred with maps, diagrams, pictures it also basic of learning approaches, I am also
leaning through visual it is the way in order to produce the image that I see with my eyes and that
are encoded by my brain and it is the process of observation. Social networks: I am spending lot
of time internet and searching so many things like how to improve my communications skills,
writing skills and almost time I am using these aspects on my work place. It is very help for
developing my skills and increasing me confident. Seminars and conferences: I am learning
through seminars and conference, it is very effective tools for me, it gives me the opportunities to
present my knowledge and increasing my speaking skill in more public and developing my
presentation skills or transferable skills that is very beneficial for me or my organisation through
this aspect I share my views on my seniors.
Auditory: it is related with lecture or group discussion some time I am preferred listen to my
whole group member, what they are discussing it is very helpful for developing my hearing skill.
Kinesthetic: it is consisted with physical experience and particle experience like through
feelings, or touch.
Propose ways to encourage lifelong learning in an individual and professional contexts
It also helps to lifelong leaning in personal and professional context could be encouraged
means self and professional development plan are long-term and I develop myself, leaning new

Self-managed learning is very important for improving skills as well beneficial for an
organisational is very beneficial for both personnel and corporations. It helps to improves my
inter personnel skill like the one communication through self managed learning I improve my
writing skills also I easily communicate with my team member. Through my communication I
will able to make myself stronger and maintaining relationship with my whole staff and other
individual who work with me. I am attending some seminars and conference and it will very help
me in improving my presentation skills. In now days it is very common to all how to present own

I have improved my entire life from the people around me and also I have learned from
my collage. I have learned many types of management subject like finance, human resource,
marketing, information technologies. It will help me in my job or professional life. I have a good
communication skill as I am sharing all my views in front of other without any fair. I can explain
everything in front of my team leader. I have best in leadership skill qualities like I am self
motivator and focus on my work and also motivating my employees. I player as a Capitan of bad
mention in my collage and it has help me in improving my teal played and leadership qualities. I
am very punctual like I am completing my task on time, it is my favourite qualities , I am
learning this good thing from my school time and it is very helpful for me or my whole life.

Every person need to some areas where he or she has to develop himself. Therefore, it is
very important part of every individual life to improve that portion which shows their weakness

research paper, so I will join English class for improving my writing skills within one month. I
am not managing more than two assignments at a time. Therefore, I need to increase my speed
on my laptop and try to submit my task on time. Some time am not taking right decision so I
need to improve my decision making skills. This can be improved by taking particular
knowledge from my team leader. I will start making decision on particular time and explaining in
front of other. I also need to attend stress management class to work without any stress. Some
not is feeling pressure on work like is not handling more work so that why it is important for me
joining session; it is helpful for mental health and reducing the level of pressure.

Planning is very essential to work on weakness and help to develop their self by
individually and professionally. I will join sessions on stress management it is important for my
pressurise work or mental health it will help in my work time, I managed my entire work on
myself. Every day evening I will note all the assignment to be done and then managing my work
