The concept of personal, professional development in academics within career holds
high scale importance within academics for enhancing overall productive targets within
academics with efficiency, which enhances scope for professionalism among individuals.

to enhance goals formulation variedly for integrating best competencies engagement actively

The short term goals are goals formed for small time, based on less than 6 months’ target
which further enables and prepares individuals for attaining optimum efficacy within
personal lives as well as professionally. Examples of short term goals are based on aspects,

short term objective.

Value of medium term goals and examples
The medium term academic goals are formed for attaining specific objective and
