Personal and professional development is really important for a successful life. A person should

focus on gaining different knowledge and values from others to develop the personal and

I have observed that the new policies and technology have changed the health and social care

organization. the changing legal policies, principles and legislation affect the HSC organization.

according to me, these changes are affecting my role and responsibilities in the organization. My

culture and personal values taught me to treat every client and patients equally (Keller-Dupree,

et al. 2014). I provide the same facilities and services to all my patients according to their health

issues.

According to me, Sex Discrimination Act 1975 thought me to respect every women and man and

every person who belongs to different religion or case. I never support the discrimination and

follow the discrimination act 1975. The Career Act 1995 provides the right to take decision

according to the need of the organization. This act is really helpful in developing the career

growth. Apart from this, the Human Right Act 1998 helps me to evaluate the human rights of

employees and workers who are working in the organization. The Children and young people act

2008 taught me to handle the cases and problems of children and young people wisely (Elliott, et

al. 2015). I really appreciate all the acts which have been made for the welfare and social care. I

follow all the rules and regulations for providing the best care to the patients. According to me

the changes and legal acts are really helpful for the HSC organization for providing the best care

and services of their patients and clients. It can be said that the government has improved the

roles and responsibilities of the HSC organization.

CONCLUSION

The report concluded different personal values like diversity, integrity, equal rights, knowledge

and faith. Apart from this, the report demonstrates the own experience and beliefs as being the

part of and health and social care organization. At last the different legislation act has been

described which is really helpful for the growth of an HSC organization.

care organization. There are different types of changes coming due to the advancement of

The improvement of current skills is really important for the future growth. Being the care worker
