Personal and professional development is important for the overall goals of an individual for
to get successful in the life. Personal development is all about improving the quality of life or
progressing in the carrier is professional development in life (Chigwedere, 2021). It also includes
developing their own skills and abilities for achieving the goals in life and improving the
efficiency in work for more future advancement. This report is all about applying various models
for setting goals and reflecting or analysing self personal and professional development. Further
evaluation of problem solving and decision-making techniques for improving the skills or
abilities that are needed for the development. Identification of the aims and objectives for the
improvisation of the areas that need improvements and Reflection on the development of

This analysis I used for improving all My weaknesses and threats that creating problems in
my personal and professional life for example if My communication is not good it will directly
affects both My personal and professional life due to not able to share My ideas to others. This
analysis helps me to realise all my opportunities which I can opt for and the threats to which I

charts because if I have to develop both of My skills I have to give appropriate time to each
activities and need to calculate all my unnecessary time spent on worthless things (Wang,

Changing lifestyle habits: Changing the way of living like waking up early in the morning,
eating on time, going to work on time, giving more time to studies rather than chilling

I faced a lot of problems in planning this development plan because in each areas i did
not get successful all the time in just one attempt due negative feedbacks by the peoples. It takes
a lot courage and patient levels for improving the skill for future advancements and it becomes
difficult to change the whole life style work together for all the weak skills. The main issues are
lack of resources available to Me and lack of training facilities for more advanced knowledge
due less budget. Further, the issues are I am unable to give proper time to each activities all
together and I am not able to give time for My personal life due this activities. The team
members are not supporting My work as required by me and does not collaborating with me due
to lack of interest by them
