The present report aims at discussing the aspect of personal development plan, short
term, medium term as well as long term goals which are essential to be developed for a bright
future as well as comfortable personal life. The personal development targets with an up-
gradation of perception or attitude that an individual carries in his or her life. Personal
development enhances the inner capability or potential which are necessary for the attainment
of planned goals (Ashar, Kamdi and Kurniawan, 2021). The growth of an individual needs an
adequate balance among his personal and professional life within an economy so to become a
successful person and attain huge appreciation within life at professional workplace. For this
an individual develops some short term, medium term and even long term goals. Short term
goals are those which are set to attain within very small period of time and medium term
depicts the plans which are needed to be attained for some time that is longer than one year
whereas, the long term plan are for huge time period that is more than 3 years which could
even lasts for decades. A person also develops his or her skills through focusing upon
personal development plan and by creating it he or she gets a proper idea as how to achieve
and what time period it would take to attain such goal.

it, what could be the action plan or way to attain such targets, how the progress of skills
would be measured and within how much time period it would be attained successfully.

mentioned in it. The development of plan takes place when an individual is at learning stage
or at his or her workplace and needs to either improve the existing or develops some new

a measurement of time that is required in it. Through developing personal development plan
one can identify the various aspects of his dreams and can attain them properly by following
such plan in effective manner. Development is always beneficial in life as with the changing
in time the improvement is required because the time and situation does not remains static so
to flow with the time and trends development is the only thing which takes place. Staying to
