INTRODUCTION
Personal and professional development plan is defined as the nature of the individuals

As per this, the professional and personal development plan is used which have ability to

relation to carry the future aspect. In these all, the skill and learning which is used to create and
assistance in form of continuous improvement which help to lead the better quality of life.
Value of short term goals
There are various short term goal which is about to follow the different aspect in life.
This is the one which is used to do better in professional life that will provide the knowledge and
skill. This is all defined as the shorty term goal which have proper time period in order to know
that which is achieved under the period of 12 month (Holdway and et. al., 2018).
Examples:
1: As per this, I used to learn the proper communication skill and this can help in such a way
which is used to make appropriate and effective communication for the better way.

need a appropriate fitness. So as per this, I need to join the gym which used to help me safe and
healthy.
3: I am also interested in various prospect of volleyball and their playing method, but do not
know how to play as per this, it is my short term goal to accomplish it by learning the game rule
and regulation.
Value of medium term goals
This is the one of the most appropriate and effective set of goal. This help to identify the
several skill are learned which is accompanied under the 6 month to 5 to 10 years. This goal is
intermediate in nature and this is also help to motivate individuals to do better and gain more
profitability in their future aspect (Laura and et. al., 2020).
Examples:
1: I want to do hard work in order to achieve the promotion and increment in my salary.
2: I want to save money and I wish to complete my dream which is purchase a car in the my
future.
3: In order to this is want to achieve quality which help in my whole career such as I want to
learn the trait of leadership for the effective growth in relation to this.
Value of long term goals
This is one of the most measurable and time taken set of gaol. In this proper dedication
and various factor are associated. In this the long term goal have not nay confirm time duration.
Examples:
1: This will help me to create the whole analysis in order to gain the market as per the targeted
time which is in year 2030.
2: I used to sing and I want to win an singing awards in year 2028.
3: I will try to buy a house which have all the proper accommodation before I turn into the age of
55 (Noguera and et. al., 2018).
