I am employed as the assistant manager of Travelodge Ilford and I am facing problem with the
employees’ turnover over three years. For the growth in future, the tasks are being done with
recommending Travelodge as the center of the research. For meeting up the current and future
need, all the company needs developing opportunity. In the first task, the discussion is all about
how the lodge has embarked on the process of personal and professional development. On the
next task, it is being described about how I am going to manage the responsibility of an assistant
manager as per the requirement. In third task, it has been mentioned about the implementation of
development plans. In addition, in the last part, the topic is discussed for taking the necessary
steps are to be adopted in respect to problems of the employees’ turnover. The task is all about
the points that are being mentioned in the above statement.

have gained from internet that is the people are accessing internet data, which are written by
various authors in different types of subjects like risk management, business and management
studies. With the help of internet, people are able to obtain idea about any kind of work and
place, which is needed.

understood that internet is the main or suitable way to gain knowledge among all the options. For
the staffs of all the Travel Lodge Hotel, internet is one of the best options among all. With the

that responsibility to make the employees understand and to identify learning.

professional life. Some of developing skills are as following;

norms of the subject. Without any delay, an individual needs to have an in-depth
knowledge that enhances the quality of the work on the part of the company.
Being Optimistic – planning should consider as the positive impact on the company. It is
obvious to scrutinize the negative side at first but along with that positive thinking; which
plays a greater part in the establishment of a company (Dong et al., 2017).
Self - confidence – this part of the skill plays an important role behind the construction of
an individual’s skills. I need to work upon this that will help to bring positive changes in
the company. Self-confidence makes a different place that boosts the self-enthusiasm,

Public speaking – this skill enhances the power to turn the crowd over the unfavourable
conditions and helps to maintain the higher position of an organization. Public speaking

more and invite excellent opportunities for me. To be in the row of success, I should also go for
