Seminar and conferences are the best ways to learn because they provides opportunity to gain
others knowledge as well as present our own knowledge to the world. Along with it seminars
and presentations can also be converted as problem solving sessions (Bunderson and

Skill assessment should be done very frequently, as it gives us a idea that what are the things
that we still needs to improve. It also tells us about our abilities to work against professional
behavior. The two very common areas where every manager needs enhancement are
communication skills and strategy formation. In a corporate world it is very important to
present your idea (Hudson, 2013). For that one need to have excellent command on the
communication skills so that the idea can be delivered easily and understood by everyone.
Manager requires improvements in both communication skills as both are necessary in an
organization. Oral communication helps in presenting ideas where written helps in written
work. These two communications abilities are important in order to preserve the competitive
benefit for both the person and the organization. As stated previously, the organization is
encircled by the multiple variables. The organization must follow the guidelines set by these
variables so that the significance of the creation of the strategy emerges (Beausaert, Et a;
2013). The strategy formation could maintain the competitive benefit, high sales, excellent
working climate, and it also helps to decrease the adverse impact on the organization.

There are numbers of staff working together in the organization. The organization always
prefers applicants who have the ability to fulfill the organization's goal and objective at the
moment of employing the candidate. The problem that occurs is diversity in nature, culture and
education due to which many disputes happen between the staff. If one want the organization
to work well than they first need to solve these minor disputes between the staff members.
Conflicts could be removed only by knowing or understanding each other’s culture and
that could be possible from through communication (Leary and Tangney, 2011). Good
communication plays a very significant role in eliminating disputes. As stated previously,
manager qualities are friendly in nature and attempt to keep a healthy connection with the
other staff that makes the individuals around me happy. Good behavior and respect for one
another culture also reinforce the connection between staff. Therefor to achieve a particular
target, firstly there is a need of unity in the team and that could only be achieved by
understanding each other. One of the factors behind strengthening anyone’s communication
skills is interacting with all the team members and performing the job as it also improves
person and organizational abilities.
