A reflective model is a structured process that is used for guiding the personal
and situational analysis and improve the reflection through the concept of the
emphasizing on its awareness on knowledge, experiences and beliefs. This report is
going to contain Gibbs reflective module which is going to help in analysing the own
personal experience related to the personal development, emotional intelligence,
effective communication, conflict management and reflective practices. This report is
going to be providing the structure the key questions that are going to help in answering
the parts of work which are going to be the factors related to the individual experiences.

I can relate that I have a very complex relation with myself as I have been
struggling to find the happiness in what I have been doing. I have been seen to be
started to develop some concerns regarding the development of the learning procedure
that would bring me happiness and help me with the key practices that would need
development. I have been focusing on developing my personality through reading
different kinds of book which are going to be prof to be a very effective and key factor
that is going to build my personal experiences and also be able to gather personality
traits that can be very useful for me in the future. I have also enhanced my focus on
being able to live a healthy life for which I have started to take diet food. This shows the
relationship that I have build with my own growth that is key towards ways in which I can
enhance my personal growth. I have also started to work on my academical career in
which I have started to learn personal experience management. This is the key factor
which would be providing me the experience and knowledge for being able to generate
the growth that is required (Booker and et.al., 2022).

Feelings
During the development of my personal growth I was trying to focus on how to be

physical health with the help of dieting and exercising. This has been the crucial part of

During the diet I was having an awful experience while having to live on a healthy

needed to generate better contribution to the situations for being able to work on the

say that the exercises that I took under my experience were key towards the
development of my physical as well as mental health. During the performance related to
the personal management I was able to generate the physically effective ways for being
able to operate and generate working experiences. The ways in which I was trying to

APPENDIX 1
The second Personal and Professional development lesson were showed us Reflective
thinking. We naturally reflect in our daily lives, reflecting about events, why they
occurred, and if we handled them appropriately. In academics, let us formalise your
thoughts to demonstrate that we are learning. Discussing ideas made me realise that
there are many different ways to read a work of literature and use reflective thinking in
our daily lives. Other people's interpretations also astonished me. I'm pleased I
participated in the class since it prompted me to think more closely about this situation.
Our discussion reminded me work situation when I did not provide the correct action
required for a difficult situation, and of course, I regret it after. But at least that
experience made me remember my mistake for the future. If it is a chance in real life, I
will use the rewind button to provide the correct answer in a work-wise situation and
real-life. Being human, having our ideas and critical thinking made us stronger and
better prepared for many difficult situations throughout our lives. Reflection helps us
consider prior acts or experiences, believe what went right or wrong, and make
appropriate plans for future problems.
I should have been more daring in creating my own opinion. In the future, I'd like to
broaden my horizons.
