through the conference and seminar. In this ways people can share their knowledge and skills

topic and individual can get chance to put own ideas and thoughts.
Social networking: people can increase their knowledge by social media. Today most
of the people and mostly young generations like to spent so much time on social networking.

by doing a continuous swot analysis and self-reflective learning. SWOT analysis includes
strengths, weakness, threats and opportunities. This can be done by feedback process. In this

me to achieve the goal and target of corporation. Important skills are as following:

and projects before the deadlines. To complete the work on time effective planning is very
important. I make effective plan before performing any task.
Communication skills: I m good and effective communicator. I m able to make healthy
conversation with people. But sometime I make grammatical mistakes which need to
improve. Apart from this I need to learn different languages. Communication skill is very
important hence it attracts the people towards us in positive mannerly good communication
skill I can understand that what people want to tell me and it also help me to share my ideas
and skills with people.
Team skills:I m good and comfort at working In teams with common goal and target. Team
work is very important because it improve the knowledge and skills of individual. I can gel
with people easily and make friends quickly.
Management : I m able to maintain people and tasks. I m good manager of things and have
worked in many college events.

I used swot analysis as tool to identify the areas of improvement. According to investigation
time management, leadership, hospitality are used to improve the efficiency. However, I have
these skills but improvement according to corporation is required. To gain new skills and
knowledge I will start different activities like use of internet sources, social media and
trainings. To improve the own development there are various methods and activities. To
improve the planning, managing and other functions I will use reading observation and

internet source. Reading observation is the process which helps to maintain the effectiveness
at workplace. To achieve the future target and task I will try to improve my own skills and
