INTRODUCTION
Individual personality has change from others so that their working as well as learning
capabilities also change. Through making personal development action plan, they are able to
achieve goals and objectives in limited period of time effectively (Hwang and Tsai, 2011). For
this, person has conducting academic research in which they are identify gap between desire and
actual performance accordingly select resources through this they are increase their capabilities,
skills, learning, knowledge and many more. In this report covers strength and weaknesses of
individual person and make develop objectives. Also includes note making strategies and
research for improvement plan. In the end make a personal and professional development plan.
TASK 1
Self learning is a one of the most difficulties task because individual person can not able
to completing work effectively. Personal development plan is a report which are consist current
status of knowledge and professional skills through this I am capable to enhance my abilities in
an effective manner. So that, for this I am identifying my strength and weaknesses and list it out
so it help to make improvement plan easily.
Strength:
Effective communication is my core strength which me to build strong relationship with
other thus help to completing by work appropriately along with that it also increase my
confidence and make me feel so comfortable while talking to the strangers.
Good Information Technology information has enhance my work and I am able to
achieve target on time with efficiency. It also enhance my skills and abilities by having a
goof information of IT.
Strong interpersonal skills help me to carry out academic research project effectively and
efficiently within a given time period.
I am able to completing my work with in limited period of time that shows my time
management abilities as well as I can manage my daily life on time will help me in
accomplishing of each activities properly. When in do something then I studied out all information so that I able to make analytical
report that shows my higher logical skills.

I am a introvert so that I am not feel comfortable in speaking in large public audience,
that reduce my self confidence resulted affect work negatively.
Negative attitude has create my negative image in front of others thus affect may research
work negatively and I am not able to achieve positive outcome in limited period of time
appropriately.
Poor problem solving behaviour also my one of the weaknesses thus effect my work
negatively through which I am not achieve my target in limited period of time
appropriately. I want to develop this skills so that they can resolve team conflicts
effectively.
Sometime over confidence create several kind of issues to me which affect outcome of
performed work negatively as well as create team conflicts are increased because of over
confidence.
All above mansion strength as well as weaknesses has help me to identify 'who I am?'.
According of weaknesses, I am selecting my personality development objectives which are
consist almost all weakness through this I am capable to increase my personality traits quality
thus help me to achieve growth in my career in long run. It is compulsory to implemented
SMART approaches on all objectives so that they are easily achieved by individual (Murdoch‐
Eaton and Whittle, 2012). Some objectives with their SMART strategies are explain as follows:
Objectives:
To enhance problem solving attitude in 3 months.
To reduce introvert behaviour in 2 months.
To develop positive attitude in 3 month.
To minimise over confidence in 5 month.
Explain SMART approaches in detail as follows:
Specific: Problem solving, introvert, positive attitude and over confidence all issues are
has specific in nature so that individual personal are easily identifying focus area and make
strategies to solve problem effectively.
Measurable: All objectives are measurable by my past experience, observation, feedback
and many more. So that, set a standard and measure it with actual skills. So that each one
individual are able to achieve goal and objectives effectively.

Achievable: Implemented action of plan in order to achieve all objectives that shows all
aim are achievable in their nature and in am able to gain it effectively.

Omotere, 2014). Hence, some of skills are enhanced in an effective way as well as this skills
should develop by every and each person for enhancing their knowledge skills.
