There are various personal weaknesses that can reduce personal and professional
development of an individual. Some of these weaknesses are mentioned below:
Time management:
The management of time has been my weakness which is causing hindrance in my
personal and professional development.
Procrastination:
I have Procrastination in my work as a direct influence of my ineffective time
management. This has negatively affected my personal and profession development.
Action plan for personal weaknesses.
In order to overcome this weakness of time management I have developed an action plan
which is mentioned below:
Short-term:
In order to develop my time management skills it is important for me to begin with basic
tasks and gradual develop time management by effectively prioritising them (Koonce and et. al.,

I need to focus on completing task which have specific deadlines as it will enable me to
