There are some activities and functions that are important to develop a planning process.
It helps to improves skills and knowledge and also change it on monthly basis. There is a whole
process that provides necessary schemes and strategies in an effective manner. There are process
that are given below:
Setting up scale- It is very important for an individual to adopt all activities and functions
in a given time period. It helps in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of complete
process.
Assessment of KSA- An individual need to improve their knowledge and skills in a
proper manner and help in achieving task in an effective manner.
Resources- There are some resources that helps to complete the learning process in a
proper way. It includes books, guide, internet, journals, research material etc.
Learning strategies- There are different styles that should be adopted by an organisation.
It totally depends on their employees nature that which technique is more effective.
3.2 Undertaking and documenting development activities as planned
There are different activities and functions that helps to improves and eliminate the
weakness of person.
Training- Premier Inn hotel provides training to their employees for understand the use of
new technology or techniques.
Research- It helps to gather and collects important data or information of various
activities.
Change management- The change is adopt by the managers who is responsible for the
