Education, skills and personal development is one of the most important thing in this time
which makes one to able for getting their job as per their interest. By using the example there is
explanation of the skills which I have identified in myself. This is the one which is totally
depends on the skills which is their strength and the advantages which are there in an individual.
In this essay, it is going to be discussed about the interested job requirement which includes the
skills for getting the job regarding with the goals for short, medium and long time (Garst 2016).

I am the one who is knowing my ability and my skills which can be used for the job for
which I want to apply. Here, on the basis of my skills, work experience along with capability, I
would like to apply for the job of service manager which is based on any particular region as the
protagonist. This one is chosen due to interested in the contribution to society, involves care and
development, interested in work in unsocial hour like weekends and evenings, ability to well
organised, able to listen carefully, ability to lead a team which are some of the basic
reuqiremen6ts which should be in any regional service manager and such qualities which can
help me in getting this job which can help me out in the future development.
Hospitality industry
Hospitality industry is the one where the service is delivered to the customer to satisfy
their need and want with the proper care and with right time which is one of the most important
key for the service. This is one of the most demanded industry where the service is being
delivered to the customer to full fill their expectations (Kelley and et. al., 2019). Service industry
is the one in which there is delivery of the services which is according to demand of the customer
which price range depends on the quality. This is the one where there is requirement of the
creative thinking, supervision, training and development, good communication with individuals
or groups along with ability to solve problems, having the ability to change the plan which is in
very short time, adaptability to change and having the ability to influence others regarding to
anything. Such are the speciality which is some of the learning form the academic sources.

about 100 of parcels which needed to be delivered in some particular time limit and with the
proper care of the parcels. There were many of delivery were need to have the call for the
delivery to get the parcel direct to the hand of the receivers. There I need to have the feedback
and need to make the strategy for the better delivery of the parcels for in limit time by using the
shortest distance for saving my time and in this process there is need to communicate with many
people which can help in finding some of the short ways along with working routes and for the
purpose of the feedback there is need to have the good communication with customer (Estevez
and et. al., 2018). I need to learn the team work which can help me out in my future job and my
personal development. This is the one in which there are many things which I have learned about
the skills which I have and many of things which I am able to do. This was one of the scenario in
which I have learned many things and there are so many of the examples which I have live and
which given me many lessons along with many possibilities which can help me increasing and
developing the ability and skills. Such like that I find my ability and skills which is discussed
above in the essay.
