INTRODUCTION
Personal improvement basically includes activities which develop individual's ability,
build human capital, improve quality of life, facilitate employability and realization of goals and
objectives. it is a long process. It generally refers to a way for individual to assess their skills and
abilities ans consider its goals in life and set objectives to realise and increase their
capability(McGill, Heikkila and Lazarowicz, 2020). While professional development is defined
as a learning process to carried to earn and keep professional credentials like taking conferences,
academic degrees to formal coursework and informal learning opportunities that carried in
practice. It basically refers to guiders developing and enhancing their skills to fulfil individual's
needs. This report is based on academic skills and PDP of business management individual. This
reports determines on academic skills of business administration individual, it also included the
conceptualization of professional and personal improvement that helps to grow in future.
MAIN BODY

It is generally includes of activities which creates and development person's abilities as
well as realization goals and dreams. Motive and objective of individual and professional is to
give them assist in managing their own acquisition as well as growth in its career. Personal and
professional development is essential in expanding their talents and skills beyond their present
role (Moir, 2021) . Some of methods of managing person's personal and professional
development in terms of business management that are as follows: Determine and using accurate opportunities: As training is not a concept about learning.
It is needed to identify for right and better opportunities to implement their skills,
knowledge and information.
Planning and setting clear goals which is needed to be accomplished: As once
individual has decided its own goals and objectives it will become easy to manage their
personal and professional development.

Short term objectives are defined as a goals in which person wants to cover as early as
possible. Short term goals helps in making big changes(Beeson, 2020). Short terms objectives is
something that individual wants to do in up coming future. Some of personal example of short
term goals in terms of business management are as follows:
Decreasing business overheads in business.
Improving and enhancing business productivity.
Enhancing customer's service.
Developing a new product(Cottrell, 2019) .
Learning about market trends of business.

Medium term goals is defined as objectives that takes some large time to achieve. These
objectives and goals could be achieved in coming weeks and months. As medium term goals
offers best skills as well as development of persons(Watkins and Smith, 2018). Some of personal
examples of medium terms goals in terms of business management are as follows:
Raising turnover of businesses.
Analysing and taking care of individual's saving as well as money for dealing with any
uncertainties.
Beginning as a career as well as developing professional development which is defined
to instructors developing and enhancing their skills for better fulfil requirements of
individuals.
Evaluating timescale and managing risks for building and gaining revenues(Makiya,
2018).

Long term goals are objectives in which person wants to achieve them in upcoming
future. These goals and objectives requires planning as well as time to accomplish them
efficiently (Sallati, de Andrade Bertazzi, and Schützer, 2019). Long term are basically covered
in in years. Some of examples of long term goals in terms of business management are as
follows:
Increase in long term incomes.
Reducing production expenses of business.
