INTRODUCTION
Personal and professional development is used to improvise working standards and its
possibility through which ability to manage and control suitable range of benefit is pertained
with perfection. It is an aspect under which skills and knowledge is improvised with better

It is a cycle that is used to reflect personal learning as by exploring all the native

effectual success in future period of instance is pertain with comfort. It is essential and required

Description: It is stages in which I have describe my learning and several happening that
is happened over regular period of time. In this level I have enhance problem solving skills of
mine and with this I have worked to make better analysis and evaluation of specific situation and
try to get several opportunity and standards to get over from that situation. It actually act as
brainstorming under which number of ideas and thinking capability get advanced in favoured
manner. I have worked on to enhance working possibility through which problem and its
solution both get analysed as per requirement and demand of situation. In this I have always tries
to worked with the guidance of others subordinate and higher authority or with those having
better experience about specific profession. For this I am able to analyse situation and its
explicative solution with this probability to get over from specific situation is processed with
easiness. The problem gets resolved with consideration of various aspects as under this
consequences as in favoured and adverse both get analysed with this probability of risk

Feelings: In this stage I have encourage myself to acknowledge different thoughts that is
felt and experience while processing certain task. In this it is essential that emotions get comment
in beneficial mode so that adequate steps and measures are taken while completing specific task.
For this I have worked to enhance communication skills through which ability to interact with
more of the people and transfer suitable information with clarity is processed that reduce the rate
of complexity. Communication is related to both verbal and written that has direct and positive
impact over employability. In support of verbal communication ability to interact with others and
to make sustained interaction is perceived with adequateness. It is also be more required as well,
with this I have represent myself with clarity and along with this also able to analyse the working
prospect of others as well. For this suitable relation is developed and designed with others that
are a major aspect while gaining sustained heights in future. In addition, written skills are also
being useful with this it is easy to processed individual prospect about any situation to others. It
is a formal way to be work within an organisation through which suitable record is maintains that
help to attain effectual clarity about working standards.
Evaluation: It is a stage within which overall learning is experience and formulates with
effectiveness. For this adequate objective is developed that aid to make better analysis about
current situation. In this I have worked on to advance and improvise research skills with this
ability to improvise working suitability and its efficiency both get advanced in beneficial
manner. The research skills aid to attain knowledge about the current working aspect with this
probability to measure impact of new and emerging trends is analysed with perfection. In
addition, the use of ICT such as integrated communication technology also get evaluate through
which new changes and involvement of technology is measured with adequateness. For this
ability of mine to make clear perception about usage of requirement or technological measure is
taken in progressive manner. Moreover, it assists me to give tougher competition to all the others
those are working within similar field. The research and ICT skills collectively advance working
possibility of mine with this standardised change is implemented in working prospect. It is even
more helpful to gain better knowledge trends and aid to be more reflective about the new
changes with this I am able to represent myself in marketplace differently.

Conclusion: It is another stage that is used to advance and acknowledge overall
possibilities with this better interpretation is perceived about the collected information. In this I
have worked on to improvise the team-working and networking skills of mine. The Team-
working skills assist me to get worked collectively with the different individual as those are
having better knowledge about their own field. In this working efficiency and its effectiveness
both get arranged in flexible manner. Team work is most necessary aspect within which different
ideas and generated and best one is selected to induce and every individual perform their work
with attentiveness. For this working proficiency of mine get advance, in support of this
networking skills also assist me to develop strong network through which numerous benefits is
attained over regular period of instance. Networking skills is usually advancing the interpersonal
skills as well through which probability to make and represent myself in effective manner is
developed in right manner. In addition, it aid me to collect better knowledge and learning from
the respective people with this probability to bring positivism in working is perceived on
continuous manner as it is directly relates to the enhancement of confidence as well.
Action: It is a last stage through which I have worked on to take better actions as per
required and progressive measures of certain situation. In this I have learned about to enhance
certain measures with this overall stages is acknowledged with clarity and action planning is
designed to strengthen the strength of mine and to take certain action to enhance weakness. In
this I have worked on to time and self management as it is a skill with this overall working is
segmented with adequateness. For this risk credibility and its implication both get reduced and in
support of time management ability to accomplish certain task in timely constrained and with
perfection is processed. Moreover, self management is an aspect with this I am able to manage
and control myself through which I have achieved sustainability within myself that assist me to
attain all the standardised objective and target in effective mode.
In support of Gibbs reflective cycle, ability of mine to make better changes as in terms of
personal and professional development is processed with attentiveness. It has direct and positive
impact over employability and study skills implication and its improvisation. For this I have
make accurate and required changes in working style of mine with this achievement of success
