INTRODUCTION
In modern time, every person have different personality types that can be characterized
by their preferences of general attitude like Extroverted vs. Introverted and their preferences of
one of the two functions of perception like sensing vs. feeling. To start any new project plan
require to analysis of my personality for this conduct ENTP test where I got Extravert (3%),
intuitive (6%), thinking (25%) and perceiving (19%). After the test it is understanding that I have
good quality of the thinking that makes me different from others (DiPaola and Wagner, 2018). In
this essay consist of quality definition with the relevant theory and analysis the quality. Along
with defined the strength with specific examples then defined attitudes, behavioural preferences
and values of the strength. In addition define the barriers that face during to work shop exercise.
MAIN BODY
1. Define the quality
Clever is the word that perhaps describes ENTPs best. After conduct ENTP test know
that I have quality of the good thinking. The professor says that performance half a dozen ideas
for research papers and submit proposals that keep in the mind during to funny lecture on an
abstruse subject is a standard example of the type (ENTP personality profile. 2019). The quality
of the thinking related to the feeling that represents how a person processes information. The
meaning of the thinking that a person makes a decision on logic basis not emotionally. The
definition of the feeling is as a rule and what they feel they should do. My quality of the thinking
help us in new business project plan that based on the wisely spend business. In this idea require
to take depth knowledge of the universities, books and crucial university materials.
This quality define by the Johari window model which applied by the individual for the
self awareness. It supports to understand the relationship with the yourself and others. I can use
this model to improver my communication skill that increase my thinking quality effectively.
This model is categorised into four standards such as open space, blind spot, hidden area and
unknown area. These different areas are related to specific things that supports me to improve
my quality (Eaton, 2016).
2. Evolute the quality and identify the strength
It is analysed that the quality of the thinking is not have every one but I have that
supports me to execute my business plan effectively. The introverted thinking is ready to assist

The quality of the thinking related with the Johari window model where in the first
standard of open space I know myself and how to think and take my own decision and know to
others. In the second standard of Blind Spot difficult to arrange the things and occur in the
working environment. It used by me to known, unknown things about me according to different
situations. I'm am thinking more about me and hidden area keep particular information by me
and not like to share with any one due to know limited number of people. In the last standards I
can identify my all unknown areas that find out through particular theory and know the fact both
parties where unaware about subject of discussion. According to this theory I can identify my all
the capabilities and know myself in different manner. My quality impact on me in positive
manner but some some in negative manner. My creative thinking become strength for me that
help in business plan. For the business required to effective thinker and communicate with all the
parties (Gnevek, Savva and Saigushev, 2016). My business plan mainly based on the higher
education and telegraph UK where mostly students depend on the books and materials so for
them we are providing study materials. For this required to critical thinking that I have and help

to get success in the business. Such as students wants to notes of the LLB so we are providing
notes after reading the books and provide proper information them.
3. Attributes, behavioural preferences and values underpin this strength
I have many personal attributes that become reason of the my strength. The
understanding attributes increasing my creative thinking and do smart work to complete the
business activities properly. I am dependable, intelligent and honest that make my strength
regarding to quality and increase the thinking capacity regarding to specific topic. My business
concept plan related to provide books of the students on the rent, lecture notes and shredders
from each others for this use smart phone app. (Mellom and et.al, 2018). To increase the
business activities required to communicate with the customers effectively and increase the
ability. For this we are targeting to students of universities and make the slogan of the “Making
campus life affordable”.
My behaviour preference are based on the different because it change according to
situation that categorised into four classes such as optimistic, pessimistic, trusting and envious.
The personality impact on the behaviour and according to that behave with other peoples. These
different behaviour impact in positive and negative manner in order to increase the business
activities properly. For this required to meet with the students politely and communicate about
the business. I am always talk with the other students that helps to create good relation with
them. As a result it increase my social skills effectively so it shows positive impact on the
business activities in proper manner. When they are knowing me so easily discuss about the
business and provide books and rent as well as lecture notes.
The personal values are the things which is essential for me and make my strength for the
critical thinking quality. The characteristics as well as behaviours encourage me and direct for
the right decisions (Johari Window model. 2019). Such as I have value of the honesty that
believe me in being honest that acceptable and think about the essential to think. The personal
values of me matter to keep maintain of my strength because they are working positively. On the
basis of values think about the different aspects that related with the business and impact in
direct manner. If my person al values is good so people easily interact with me and focus on my
attributes and other things.

4. Find difficulty and particularly challenging in the workshop
Due to develop my business plan require to conduct different work shop because start any
business required to take proper knowledge about it. I can arrive different work shop where I can
learn different things. At the time of the work shop face different problems regarding to my
business because start my business required to deeply understand different things. The business
will start to operate scope and create network with the university students. I am facing many
challenges that impact on the my quality of thinking such as:
(1) The niche market option makes is lesser that related of any larger existing competitors.
(2) To new new market collect information about the market but people do not enter easily in the
market. For this required to apply approach and try to open my business with my friends
(Smalley and Smith, 2017).
(3) To conduct business activities required to compete with the against market substitutes like we
buy books, hive, world of books etc.
(4) To sell out the books take help of app where required to provide discount to people and
compete with strong competitor of eBooks. This time required to use my quality to establish in
effective manner and spread out the business activities.
(5) At the begging students did not take interest in my business plan and they always treat like
stranger so at the starting required to provide books at the low cost.
(6) To spend the business wisely required to control the fees of renting books that a
competitively low renting fees are available and while the renters can gain moderately as well.
(7) I am taking experience on personal level about all the critical situation that impact on the my
business situation.
These all are the challenges are challenging for me because I have not expedience about
the particular business and my friends have not knowledge. I have skill of the thinking not
communication that impact in negative manner. Every student have the different perception that
impact on the mentality so it might be challenging for me (Swain, 2016).
These problems are related with the model because through this mode I know my self and
take guidance to know other people and how to behave in the different situation. With the help of
this theory explain the conveying and accepting the feedback due to interpret the particular
model. This theory mainly perform the common window in the four panes. To face the different
challenges that face by me during to work shop experience used this theory. From the four panes,

two panes are perform to self and another two present the important part known by the self to
others. To conduct business activities required to understand my skills and others. The
information transfer from one pane to other so outcomes of mutual trust can be created to
accomplish by the socializing and get the feedback from other group of member.
5. Contradictions evident from experiences and explained
To start the business I want to increase my personal and professional experience and for
this I am thinking many things. Before start the business me and my friends think that every
student want to books for study so we though to provide books on rent. When we are starting the
business students easily do not believe on us. I have different skills that use to influence to
people regarding to my business plan but in present time it is typical to face the business
activities. For this required to improve my personal and professional skills in effective manner
that helpful in my business activities. On the my personal experience basis it is realised that
thinking and doing both are different so start any business require to assure about our business
activities that proper implement.
Such as I am thinking that my communication skill are good and easy influence to people
but when I am talking with the students so it is realising that they are mostly prefer to notes and
online studies where easily available all the books. So it is not easy to influence regarding to
take books on rent (Welch, Spooner, Tanzer and Dintzner, 2017).
6. Benefits of the quality in future
The quality of the thinking is beneficial for me and for my business plan because in the
particular business required to provide lecture notes to students for this require to read the books
then prepare the notes. I have good quality of thinking where I conduct research in depth and
reading books properly to make notes. This quality is beneficial for my personal as well as
professional development because on personal level I can fight any exam easily and on
professional level explore new thongs and search out different things. On the bass of critical
thinking examine the situation then provide the answer so I can take effective decision that make
my future bright. As per the Johari model I can know my self and other people. I can analysis in
the different situation I can change my personality and other people personality. As a result in
the different situation I can take effective decision that impact on the personality and develop my
other skills that required to enhance in the context of the business. To work on different level

required to know other person behaviour otherwise it become reason of the irritation or annoy
one that may lead of the misunderstanding.
My quality is beneficial for me in future because in future regarding to personal as well
as professional life required to take many decisions that impact on the my skills. After analysis
the proper situation I will take effective decision which is helpful for me. Through the particular
quality I can improve my strength which is beneficial in future. For this purpose required to
leader small thongs which is related to my quality and behave different in the different situation.
I can take work shop where learn how to treat according to my behaviour and take actions. How
much time taken by me to explore my skills and reduce to weak points.
CONCLUSION
As per the above report it is concluded that after the conducting the ENTP test where
analysis the my different types of quality that get the result I have good quality of thinking.
These types of people mainly focus on deep knowledge and after analysis different aspects start
the work. Me and my friend start the business and understand the behaviour of people apply the
Johari model that impact on the positive manner. Through this model I can understand my self
means my behaviour in different situation and also other people behaviour. During the work
shop I face different types of problems because in the starting I am thinking that I can handle
easily but after the situation other people influence me. After that I can analysis that it is not
easy for me so there is required to explore my skills according to different situation.
