INTRODUCTION
If it is talked about my career history, than I had a great experience in different fields
which lead to enhancement in my key skills as well as gain competencies. After completion of
my studies I joined as a call centre representative in MTN. Here I used to deal with queries of
subscribers and their complaints related with validation of SIM card through telephone.
Furthermore, I was also responsible for updating and maintenance of subscriber's record on
database of SRV as it was essential for telecommunication to maintain record of their subscribers
as it is made compulsory by government to handle criminal as well as cybercrime activities. This
enhanced relationship building skills within me and people management. I served there from
December 2013 to March 2014.
After this time, I started my career as a Human resource executive within Zenith
Insurance. My job was to manage recruitment and selection of candidates within organisation. It
also consisted of advertisement, interview conduction and process of documentation. I was also
responsible for maintenance of records as well as dealing and handling of leave enquiries. Apart
from this, I conducted an orientation plan for new employees so that they can adapt to working
environment of Zenith Insurance. By this they were able to know about organisation as well as
their own roles and responsibilities within workplace. I organised soft, technical and in-house
training for employees. Being a HR executive I coordinated pension scheme, issues which
employee faced and personal audit. Different HR processes and activities have to go via a group
head as Zenith Insurance is rendering their services under Zenith Bank Group. There I handled
various administrative duties like equipment’s, office facilities, procurement of office supplies as
well as fleet of cars. I served their from April 2014 to January 2016 and gained knowledge as

well as skills like strategic management, change management and stakeholders management.
These skills will help me in future to carry out my responsibilities in enhanced manner.
In June 2018, I joined as a Direct servicing adviser in National Australia Bank. In this I
carried out my responsibilities which were related with providing information of services and
products of NAB to customers. I helped them to resolve issues related with online banking.
Apart from this, quality opportunities were identified with respect to present and future
requirements of customers by which satisfaction of customers can be ensured. This helped me to
manage privacy and confidentiality, quality customer services and human behaviour.
Furthermore, I handled enquiries from customers related with accounts, credit cards and
statements. In future perspective I would like to see my self as a Senior customer relationship
manager as I have significant experience as well as acquired skills and competencies in this field.
This will assist me to attain a desired career position. Also by extra curriculum activities in
which I have actively participated and skills acquired from my experience will help me out to
work in appropriate manner which will provide me with recognition within organisation and will
also have important impact on my performance.
Personality test have been conducted to manage people as well as understand oneself.
This test will give insight into psyche of human as well as it will provide self reflection and
understanding related with job placement and interaction with work groups or team members
(Broadbent and et. Al, 2015). By analysing skills, strengths and weaknesses individual can make
changes in oneself by which they will be able to cop up with their weak points. This will help me
make improvements in myself which will aid in future (in my career). Personality test has been

As per above, it has been observed that I have Consul ESFJ personality type. Basically
ESFJ stands for extraversion, sensing, feeling and judgement. It is one of the major 16
personality type. As per this, I am a person who is highly energized by spending time with others
which denotes extravert, focus is on details and facts rather than concepts and ideas which
implies sensing, decisions are made on basis of values and feelings, this implies that I have
feelings and I am the one who opts for having organised and planned perspectives rather than
being flexible and spontaneous (judgemental). This denotes provider personality as they focus on
caring of others in practical form. As per this test, I am a helper, dedicated towards
responsibilities and sensitive towards needs of other.
If it is talked about my strengths, I found that I am having extroverted behaviour which
aid in expressing my own productivity in front of juniors, and motivating them with the same.
Moreover, offering them with the right knowledge, I might become able to perform well within

inside. I can easily say that I am good at expressing my own productivity in front of juniors
which helps in motivating them. Moreover offering them with the right knowledge, I might
become able to perform well at marketplace through considering heavy profit to the organisation
in which I am working in specified time frame. It will also aid me in enhancing my own
performance level as well while performing in a company. I like to enhance my skills in terms of
professional life rather than being shy and reserved. I am a confident person. I am very active
socially by this I am able to contact with people and furnish opportunities to experience different
things in life. It makes me expressive, this means that I am vocal about my feelings by this as an
individual feeling which is derived is good and relaxed. With respect to sensing, I am very
concrete rather than being abstract, my focus is on details either than getting bigger picture of
realities. I consider living in present rather than thinking about future. I am very sensible towards
present perspective rather than wasting my unnecessary time on future beings. This means that I
save my time and perform my activities with great zeal and in qualitative manner. It is my
personal consideration related with objective criteria (Roncero and et. Al, 2015). I give more
weight age to social implications rather than logic. I can understand perspective of different
people and help them out to resolve different situations. Judgement signify perceptions and sense
of control. I am the one who make decision early depending on prevailing situation. These are
my perceptions what I feel related with specific situation, it gives me opportunity to open up
about my views.
Considering the test, it can be said that Consul is the personality type that I am having.
On the other hand, it can also be said that I am more of an Extroverted, which could be
considered as one of the weak point that I am having because this affected negatively upon my
overall performance level. I sometimes get annoyed and offensive. I am not able to realize things
which are being said or done. Sometimes I do things which I should not do. I am friendly but
sometimes it do not go well. On the other hand, considering or focusing the Extroverted
behaviour I can easily say that I am good at expressing my own productivity in front of juniors
which helps in motivating them. Along with this, if it is talked about a weak point than I can say
that, I somehow share my feelings excessively in front of my seniors which affects overall
performance level. Along with this, considering the energy point I am more of an observant

which basically affects or impacts upon my nature regarding others. Somehow, I can say that
observing others directly impacts upon my performance level. Along side this, regardless to
thinking I moreover focus on feeling which connects me with others in short span. This majorly
affects my overall performance level, and including this I have also realised that, I sometimes
judge as well, which impacts upon my performance level in a negative way. This could be
understood with a real example of my own, where I had a little argument with my senior while
having lunch within the premises as well. Along with this, I am moreover an assertive which
affected my personality in a negative way because quality of being self-assured and confident
without being aggressive will not help me out in reaching to an all new level where I could grab
a good position within a business organisation in Australia or in any other nation. I need to take
into consideration bigger picture by which I can analyse future perspective and take decisions
accordingly. Sometimes people take advantage of your feelings and make fun of those.
Sometimes decisions goes wrong as they are made on the basis of existing situation rather than
situation after sometime.
Management competencies are define as skills, attitude and motives which are required
for job and it includes some characteristics in the form of communication skills, problem solving,
customer focus and ability to do work within group or team (Yildirim and Correia, 2015). For
analysing my management competencies, I was given test on my skills in which there are only
three skills through which I can able to manage and maintain administration work. After giving
management competencies test, I analysed that I am good in personal management
competencies, team leadership competencies and administrative and operational competencies.
My personal management competencies is good through which I can learn from my past
failures that how to deal with different situations. Along with this, I am able to communicate in
verbal manner while dealing with managers and staff members and properly communicate with
them. Personal management competencies assist in developing my personal abilities or skills that
are require to make able and develop my inter personal qualities. I am able to being diplomatic
where it is required in an organisation. It is my ability to manage and maintain work in order to
reach with set goals and targets. I am work as a being honest and showing consistent and
uncompromising adherence to strong moral and ethical principles and value are followed. I am
honest and loyal in management while I am performing my work. I am able to manage time in

to gain profitability. I have ability to manage all financial information and data which are related
to an organisation. While conducting market research, I can analyse all customers needs and
requirements and satisfy their demand in better manner. As per this test, it can be analysed that I

There are some skills in which I am not mastered yet so I need to make improvement in
my competencies in better manner. After giving test, it can be examined that there are three other

making competencies and strategic and organisation wide competency. I am not able to convince
and persuade peers and superiors for doing appropriate work in given time period. With this,
sometime this will create conflicts and disputes among them and I does not have any skill to
resolve conflicts among peers and superiors. Secondly, I am not involved with the competency of
solving problem and decision making where I am not capable for identify accurate problem. I
have not any creative and innovative thinking ability if I have so I can attract large number of
customers towards organisation products and services. In addition this, I am weak to understand
and evaluate financial, political and human resource implications of decisions. I am weak in
analysing conceptualising issues which I need to improve for identify major occurring problems
within an organisation. With this, business can smoothly run in the right direction and gain high
income and profitability.
At last, in the management I have not such ability through which I can easily analyse
organisation's mission and vision. I am not capable to develop medium term plan and policies
which assist an organisation to run its business in effective manner. I am fail to develop and
make coordination across the internal boundaries that can helpful in order to gain high revenue
and profitability. After giving test, it can be analysed that I am easily anticipate and forecast any
strategic issue which arise within an organisation. Market research is required for examining
whole factors influence on business management and I am weak in creating awareness to
understand economy, competitors and political situations. If I have ability to develop strategic
and organisation wide so I can easily make short term planning, identify problem and analyse the
current position of an organisation.

Leadership style: I use directive leadership style because leader take initiate
project, apply the particular standards to quality of completed work and provide responsibilities
to direct report to finish projects. Under this, leader define tasks set deadline and also exercise
the boundaries and rules of firm. Away with this, I also use democratic leadership style because
under this members of group take more participate role in process of decision making. Each

year, June to July of 2018 and this is where I had to keep up my work because I always had to
focus upon customers and prospects with correct information regarding National Australia Bank
(NAB)'s products and services. This style basically helped me out in ensuring a high level of
customer satisfaction.
The leadership style that I basically follow is servant leadership, as this is because, it is
one of the best and traditional leadership style used by successful people. This help me in
gaining feeling of servant and also helps me in attaining nature which help me that I have to
serve first and I am servant first. In this, I use to take care about the requirements and needs of
my employees and people. As this help them in growing and developing themselves in future.
Along with this, it help me serving my customers on priority and help me in providing products
which are required by them. Along with this, the leadership style which is used by me is
Authentic leadership approach, where it is very much important for me to make goof
relationship with my subordinates by being honest with them. This help me in making believe of
mine over my subordinates, so that they start believing decisions taken by me. This all help me
in improving the performance of my subordinates and employees, which are working under me.
Also this will help them in attaining their goals and objectives, so that can grow and develop in
future.Based on my past experience and task I have performed throughout my work it can be

share my thoughts. In addition to this, I also thinks that it is not essential to involve employees in
decision making process as they are not much experienced in taking right decision which are
valuable for the companies growth. At further, I have also observed that I am giving high
importance to rules and regulation of employees and also asks my team members to strictly
follow them.
These all practices help me in performing my work effectively and help in achieving
positive results from my efforts. These actions I usually performed because I mainly focus
toward following task oriented leadership which not only support me in accomplishing goals but
also help me in learning new things and ways to deal with issues that are usually found while
performing operations, several project and while dealing with some job related issues.
