variety of learning qualifications such that they could achieve success/targets in any sector. PDP
helps people to establish themselves in such a direction that they could successfully accomplish
their desired aims, targets and outcomes.

Personal as well as professional developments are commonly regarded as an successful
approach established by the respondent for the purpose of achieving their intended results in an

Short term goals
