INTRODUCTION
The learning and development is the function with in an industry that is responsible for
empowering' growth and development' their knowledge skills and capability to drive better
business performance. It helps an individual to develop their own skills which is helpful in
making them all valuable wherever they work. learning and development, encompassing any
professional development which a company or an organisation provides to its employees. It is
considered to be a core area of human resources management, and may sometimes be referred
to as training and development , learning and performance. It includes various skills and this
module will help in developing other skills which personal and professional both. In this essay
will elaborate that what an individual have learned through module and why they have gone for
that particular module. After it will present that what challenges and hurdles have been faced
while accomplishing module.

In current digital economy, technology is changing rapidly, so it is important for an
individual to be with the current trends to make themselves a competitive spirit and be
professional in their working. This required a continuos learning, refreshing and updating our
skills as manlike progress through their careers. Analysing that we all required to expand the
options for students to gain an education, higher education institution are begin to creative,
making new modes to unbundle degrees and make non additive. Modular carer and educational
navigations. Modular educational partitions degrees into little efforts that makes an academe
more competitive and strong in their profession. This type of modular content will
advantageous students and education background to have better position them for job prospectus
and career mobility. This also enables lifelong learning due to this working professionals are
capable to learn new skills in short term, although skills like technical skills, communication
skills and many others make them multitasking.
Through this educational training module I have got new knowledge and improves
skills which helps me in future this enables me to be more professional also it makes me more
valuable in the place where I will be working. This module help me to learn new technical
language that helps me in making my work accomplishment more smartly. Also, I learnt about

new knowledge areas just as email etiquettes via utilisation of outlook , them also using one
drive and saving it. I also understood how to assess the resources, briefs and lessons on using
software and its many other sources that can be beneficial for me in future. Self development is
crucial for me to be more professional and having unique identity in myself. I also have learned
through this module about reading books and having digital literacy how to use excel, note ,
Microsoft edge and in totally office 365 with measuring the domain credibility. Utilising office
suite has become integral part in current profession and education system. This helped me as a
student as am still in a learning stage and still developing my quality so that I can make myself
more competing and expertise in my profession. Through this module I have developed a self
confidence in myself also I have developed varied kinds of skill specially I have developed
communication skills as now I am able to share my views in group confidently also my way of
expressing views also helps in impressing others quickly. I have learnt that significance of
effective communication skills with respect to professionalism as well as academic levels.
Moreover, this module provides me confidence in my learnings and managing things
systematically. I have get to know that person should be intellectual and can analyse purpose and
experience to make it own actions and improve values development and provide me a platform
to make my education more advance like using excel, outlook and resolving technical issues
quickly.
Further reflections on how to approach future challenges and expectations of a university course
Some of issues can be caused inn future while completing university course or module .
Certain issues are as, economic difficulties can be biggest challenge for me in further studies
this is exceptionally hard to count as it can cause a huge issues in continuos loss in having
sessions in university. Another issues that can be a challenge is poor educational system which
cause a lack of education in students also it can cause a lack of knowledge in students also this
can impact on my knowledge as well as make me poor in studies. the competence and the
quality of our product have to meet the world standards. Globalization is progressing so rapidly
that we have no alternative rather than to accept the fact and that the Higher Education has been
playing crucial role in preparing ourselves for task. I will take guidance from my teachers and
superiors that I can I cope up from these future challenges also work on my lacking skills so that
I can be more professional in my department, as improved will help me out in resolving issues of
my team mates. In future I will develop more skills that make me professional also I will keep

updating my knowledge and cognition that will keep me updating to the current changes that
occur In business or education system.
CONCLUSION
It is concluded from above report that personal and professional learning is important for
an individual. Also higher education is witnessing important transformation and reforms. The
internationalisation of economic activities and improvement in technologies accelerate the
emergence of new kinds of higher education university. This is implied in above essay that how
module learning is beneficial to students and what implication of student module learning.
