INTRODUCTION
Health and social care is a term to provide a medicated services to related people. Social
care provides one to one interaction with patients and clients. Report discusses the individual
personal values and organisational ethics which greatly influence each other. Along with this, it
also emphasizes on the current skills and ability which are important for social and health care
sector. The report is based on health and social care services which are provided by the respected
individuals and their individual has to develop their working skills to meet successful
achievements. ( Antheunis, Tates and Nieboer, 2013) the report has been covered various
aspects of professional relationship which are totally different from the personal relationship.
TASK 1
1.1 Personal values and principles
In social and health care field, everyone plays an important role in an organisation. They
provide treatment to the several clients. In this field, individual values are influenced by the
organisation ethics and principles which means that the individuals skill render impact on
organisation behaviour, where as employability skills and knowledge aid to treat clients as
warmly. They match his/her knowledge and skills to company ethics. Where these ethics like
non discrimination in treatment so personal have same skill to manage their skills with the
organisational principles. Sometimes, the personal values do not match with organisational ethics
so in that case people should treat them according to the company rules and regulations. ( Arnold
and Boggs, 2015. )
1.2 Personal culture and experience in social and health care industry
Each and every person's behaviour depends upon the culture in which they live. In UK,
people belong to different culture. There all culture is different from one another, so due to this
situation each people have different personality. In social and health care sector, different types
of people are admitted and personal culture and past experience is render impact on that people.
my current origin, my motherland is Romania and in there so many different kind of people.
They all were respect their all cultural values and ethics. This is very unique thing about my
motherland. So with the help of my past experience I also respect all other cultural values and
principles. This is help me to managed health and social care environment where most of the

In there organisation management provide proper security and special treatment in their clients.
Along with that management will ensure his past past experience is help to treat other people as
warmly . ( Batalden and et.al., 2015. )
1.3 Impact of changes and development in personal values
Nobody is perfect in their respected field, so in that case they want to develop their skills
and knowledge. Changes and development is essential for the individual in health and social
care industry Where as person want to meet their high achievements and success so that they
can improve there knowledge and personal values. In social and health care sector such changes
is greatly impact on there working practices where as development build a more confidence
towards his work and aid to increasing employability towards their respected clients. Changes
help to achieving high organisational goals as well as personal goals also. ( Billett, 2016. ).

2.1 Current skill ability and learning style
Interpersonal and communication skill is acquired from my college time. These skills are
widely used in the workplace. With the help of these skills, I communicate effectively with my
respected clients. Communications are based on proper interaction with clients. In this skill
communication is laid on generating information. In H&S, I prefer various learning styles which
help me in improving my personal ability. Most of the time, I uses the practical learning style,
which means practical things are teaching me a lot from over the reading materials. All these
skills and learning styles teach me a lot when I socialized with my clients ( Grajales III, F.J. And
et.al ., 2014).
2.2 Development plan
Development plan is based on applied some improvements in yourself. Development plan
is necessary to every one where they can met new technology advancements. In social and health
care sector firstly I develop my existing skills and acquire some some new skills and learning
practices which are helpful to concerning workplace. Review on my personal strength and
weakness will tell where I am best and where I can lack. So in that situation I redevelop my

objectives which has to be fulfill within the time period. These developments are more helpful
to increasing my working efficiency and compatibility towards my work. ( Grol and et.al.,

impact on the offered services to patients as it will help in self awareness and aid in improving
my personal values and professionalism. Development plan will assist in improving my working

affected with there performance level. In that situation top management will try to overcome
these problems in context of social and health care . So they can provide equal treatment to each
and every employee . So they can serving better quality services. On the other hand in social care
sector some of the client were feel uncomfortable in their working patterns. so in that situation so
many problems will occurs . Management ensure to resolve it with the help of providing proper
training to his staff so that they can served better services. ( Shortliffe and Cimino,2013.)

4.1 ICT impact on health and social care
Information and communication technology is create render impact on health and social
care industry. It provide proper information to all every one. This technology is based on
improving process of health care situation. It is wide scope to deliver any kind of information. It
is a very efficient for healthcare industry. ICT in healthcare is able to increase quality and safety
to patient.it laid to provide better outcomes to organisation. The use of ITC equipment has
caused concern over the last few years with regard to several health and safety issues. This
technology helps to unlimited access to information, lower costs and time demand. It is more
helpful to ceasing of routine task and reduce work load. ( Nelson and Staggers, 2017)
4.2 Impact of my own work role on work with others
There are some of limitation in my work with my team mates where i offered maximum
cooperation. I noticed that the success of team is based on all teammates. In that situation i am

not capable in such thing to cooperate. Where as i take time to dealing with clients that is more
affecting my team performance. During some operation treatments i feel like nerves i cant able to
operate them. These are the reason is create a render impact on myself as well as my teammates
also. In that situation my team performance is go down and i found myself gaining confidence
day by day. (Ventola, C.L., 2014.)
4.3 My role in minimizing barriers to effective teamwork
in feel very honored to have these type of responsibilities. Being a team member i reduce
this limitations. I do used various technique to overcome all these barriers . I ensure do practice
on my working practices. I always encouraged myself with my performance standard. As team
leader it is very difficult to control over all team member. I make sure all people were satisfied
with their work. I always provide motivation to increasing their performance level. I ensure
proper interaction with each team mates and provide proper training session if it is required.
With the help of all these techniques i overcome all those barriers which are affected to my team
performance. ( Nelson and Staggers, 2017)
4.4 Improve personal contribution
as per my contribution toward my team i improve my working efficiency and
performance level. That is help me to achieving successful achievements. I ensure work on my
interpersonal skills and time management skill where i properly communicate with my
subordinates and manged time according my work schedule. These are the various things which
help me to improving my performance level and this thing will also helpful for my team
effectiveness. ( Shortliffe and Cimino,2013.)
