INTRODUCTION
Personal development plan is refer to the systematic procedure which has been
undertaken to create action plan based various factors such as awareness, values, reflection and
goal setting that have been associated with context to career, education and for self improvement
in order to accomplish future gaols. Moreover, professional development plan is define as the
roadmap which has been followed by individual in order to achieve professional goals and for
continuous improvement and career development with optimum utilisation of skills, strategy and
education (Hildebrand, J., 2018). In context to business, this has been created by manager
working with staff members in order determine that necessary skills and resources required to
provides support to employee's career and future goals along with business needs. This provides
framework to individual which help in to determine gaols, resources, activities and learning
opportunity to grow better in career. This report is based on the professional development plan in
field of HR, in which it will includes career development plan along with action plan worksheet,
analysis of relevant placements and job and related information in order to identified better
place to do job. Moreover, this also includes formation of CV which is related to the career
ambition.

Career development plan
career development planning is refers to the procedure through which an individual
undergoes in order to evolve their occupational status. This has been associated with the self-
knowledge, exploration and decision making that provides support in to shape career. Its is the
systematic procedure of decision making that is for the long term learning which is undertaken to
align persona needs with career advancement opportunity. According to this my career plan is to
go with HR field, in which manager coordinate and manage all the activities which are related to
the workforce of the company(Albrecht, J.N., Moscardo, G. and Dwyer, T., 2021). As I have a
skills and ability to manage people and this is also involves guiding employees through hiring
process, handle benefits programme, training and handling conflicts among employees. For this I
need to a bachelor degree along with specialisation in human resource management from
recognize university so that a better opportunity can be obtained. In addition to this, there are

various skills and attribute which are required for perusing this field in human resources, such as
a person should have friendly personality along with capability to handle people and pressure.
Other then this, a person have to consist of skills of great team leader and source of inspiration
and motivation to the employees. For this I need to take degree and have to develop this skills so
that I will be able to perform excellent in my career and make it successful.
