The term leadership is derives about influencing, inspiring or motivate to individual and
group to enhance their skills and knowledge for regarding to accomplish objectives. The role of
leadership in organisation is to enhancing the employees mobility in their work attributes where
they could handle the entire organisation as a team or individual which support them to attain
overall purpose that leads them to success (Bolman and Deal, 2017). As in this essay writing the
topic would highlight and discuss about the effective leadership work process in 21st century
along with importance of good business leader.

An effective leadership is encompasses to provides the optimum direction, motivate or
influence towards to achieve gaols and objectives. The role of effective leader is to measure the
need or requirement for better leadership skills provide to the employees or identifying the
lacking part through which a leader could address and improve through enhancing their skills
and knowledge. By determining the leadership the skills to that individual who is having traits
and attitude of being as successful leadership who leads his/her employees or team in positive
direction. For Example: Bill Gates is an business entrepreneur as well as he is good business
leader who handle and owns Microsoft Corporation venture.
Effective leadership which influence the organisation success in 21st Century:
In the 21st Century, the business is fastest growing and dynamic in nature by changing of
every single aspect of regulations of government, competitions increases and workforce are hire
as per measuring competency traits for individual. Having a role of a modern leader and their
working process in 21st century as leadership to depicts the errors and lacking in managerial
skills is need to improve by providing the guidance as per the market trends and business culture.
Organisation hire expertise leaders who are having years of experience and having good decision
making to encourage teamwork (Fiaz and Saqib, 2017). The kind of effective leaders are

The concept of a good leader is represent on the basis of their field experiences and
having the role to motivate and influence the people towards positive direction to individual or
team to attain their objectives. There are some of the traits and abilities of effective leader which
encourage to the employees for increase their employability such as: Communication skills: To being a good leader, they need a better communication skills
attributes in professional aspect or any job role, it enhance the appropriate coordination
between peers along with it also helps to better understanding of conversation between
employees and superiors. Bill Gates, is having good vocal skills where he is able to make
understand his thoughts to his employees or team members. Teamwork skills: As per today leadership qualities is totally different as some of the
organisation's leadership management allows to division the work individually, but it
been necessary to allocate the work in group where it increase the better relationship with
other office employees as well as better coordination which is also generates the better
productivity (Gandolfi and Stone, 2018). To making engage and influence by Bill Gates
to employees for pursuing their task in team work aspect that will enhance their work
mobility as well as it helps to learn many other managerial skills that makes healthy
relationship with them. Good Decision Making skills: For being an effective leader, a leader must having a
better decision making skills which helps to making their personality stronger and also it
makes effective understanding to the others issues and problem which sorted and provide
quick solution to the employees. Being a good leader a individual should having skills of
better forming decision in aspect to every situation, where Bill Gates is having better
sense of decision making that makes him proficient and successful leader.

Autocratic Leadership style: According to this style, all decision making powers are
undertaken by one leader who holds the decision power as per his/her responsibility as
well as they do not accept any other suggestion, thoughts from their under executives.
They are kind of quick decision maker leader. Similarly, Bill Gates skills of leadership
qualities highlight towards the Autocratic where he is responsible and having authority
to making decisions for company betterment.
Democratic Leadership style: In this leadership style, leader insists to other for
showing participation to other subordinate in decision making process, these leaders are
very cooperative in nature and enhance to effectively motivate to employees. By
determining Bill Gates is suitable for Democratic Leadership Style where he insists to
share and allows his subordinate to contribute their suggestions in every decision
making aspect.
Free Rein Leadership Style: In this leadership style, a leader not hold any role in
decision making, in fact, they give full authority to employees or subordinates for

This kind of leadership style generates new creative ideas from employees in business,
subordinate can make a better control in their working aspect. Sometimes, Bill gates
