INTRODUCTION
Personal and professional development is defined as the process by which different individuals
as well as companies engage themselves in the process of enhancement of knowledge. It is a
continuous learning process that is useful for these two meet the desired goals and objectives.
This is collaborated with developing needs and requirements of individual as a group. This is
useful in meeting tasks which have been identified as the evaluation of personal and professional
leadership skills (Atamanova and et,al, 2019). There are lots of skills which are required in
manager so that he can lead a successful business. Some of these are time management,
interpersonal skills, communication skills, presentation skills, stress management and many
more. These skills have to be present within a person in order to maintain a personal
development plan. The following report concludes personal professional development plan,
continuous personal professional development plan and a SWOT analysis. This will help in
assessing the strength which a person has and how it can be used for adapting the business
opportunities. Professional skills are associated with coaching staff and counselling in order to
support the learning process. There are several development methods which a person can use to
enhance his or her own skills.

manager. Do personal and professional development plan is a form of apprenticeship that can be
used by inexperienced person for learning tricks of trading. There are different characteristics
that are used for mentoring. It is a very important form of the development process. It also helps
in managing career and developing skills of a person. The person problem can be difficult to
analyse so that this analysis helps in managing the mentoring of individuals. These are the
activities of mentoring which are used by both organisational as well as individual goals. I have

analysed that counselling is very important in today’s business arena. There is a lot of pressure
on employees of the organisation. This creates scenario of stress and strain which affects mental
as well as physical health of the person. That is where there is need to have a great and proper
counselling skills in order to manage own work. It is responsibility of manager to be fully
equipped and handle different situations of employees in professional manner. There is need to
support emotional as well as mental health of the employees. In this evaluation, I have
considered my own particular flaws, which include being overly critical of myself and not
sufficiently celebrating my own accomplishments, all of which can impair my ability to be
objective about my success. I have a great need to protect others and come to their aid, which I
have come to see as a barrier to my own growth and that of those I want to assist this is an
especially important topic for me to discuss because prospective managerial positions would
encourage me to let people take personal responsibility for themselves and only provide advice
when necessary.
I think another perspective of managing the professional and personal development is coaching.
It is defined as the process of creation of environment in order to build good relationships. This
is associated with development of skills and performance of direct reports and the manager. The
effective coaching provides managers an ability for building group of confident, self-motivated
people and achievers. Some of the benefits which I have experienced by effective coaching
includes the following:
Benefits to the organisation: this helps me to bottom line the work at a lower cost. As
manager, I am able to attract high quality job seekers for people want to work for the
company that are providing high development prospective. Employee turnover can also
be reduced because staff wants to stay if there are development and professional skills
programme initiated. It will also benefit me as manager because I can able to get the
work done in a quick manner. It is also important for me to manage the employees who
are working in the company by reducing the level of stress they have. That is why I have
provided them a stress free arena at workplace.
Multitasking: this is all very important skill which is used within workplace in order to
complete the targets in quick manner. According to a study, it is suggested that daily
workplace interruptions like email, phone calls consume many hours of average

professionals work day. That is why different projects are to be assigned for people in
order to help them in managing work and increase productivity for individuals.
Leadership: it is another skill which is required by manager that is helpful for developing
the abilities of a person and motivate him or her to conduct an operation for achieving
organisational goal or objective. Leadership is having high quality for managers. It will
help me to follow the plan and develop my inbound skills to manage own experience and
give a better practise and performance.
Organise meetings: I have been working up on managing the organising and running of
meetings for better management and communication. It is my duty to schedule meetings
which will save time and increase motivation and productivity. I have developed a habit
of meeting plan which is the best way for finding the problems of solutions. It has also
helped me to avoid conflicts and fights at workplace.
Leadership styles: I have used several approaches and styles of leadership which are
helpful in managing the assumptions and theories and adopting them in practical work.
This style which individuals are using on the combination of beliefs come up references
and values can be estimated properly by culture and norms. These are helpful and
encouraging some styles as well as discouraging the other ones.
Effective presentation skills: there are several presentations skills which are used as the
part of communication. I have always believed that better presentation and public
speaking are important in order to manage the social and professional life. An effective
presentation skill is important for managing different aspects of organisation. In order to
work in human resource Department, I think it is very important to focus upon
communication skills. It helps in development of confidence and capability of individual
to impress others by presenting good representation of projects. I also believe that public
speaking in professional is a good aspect and provides impressive standard in front of
others.

Challenges faced in PPD
There are some benefits of learning and career development at workplace will stop on the other
hand there are also some challenges which I have to face while developing my personal and
professional development. These become a hurdle in my life to achieve my personal and
professional goals (Cirocki and Farrell, 2017). Although in the previous, but even more
frequently, I doubted staff's decision-making methods, this has evolved into a willingness to
achieve a holistic understanding of the workplace. For the past three years, one of the most
critical aspects of my education has been understanding how we think and treat ourselves and
others. Straker (2008), who builds on Gardner (2006)'s work, was instrumental in recognizing
the importance of how we communicate with individuals on all levels for identity. Surmounting
resistance to knowing someone out of fear of disproving our own ideas for ourselves and the
universe are major obstacles that I must always be aware of. Negative life events It is very
important for me to overcome all these challenges in order to manage the career development
opportunities as in successful employees. As a millennial, I have to focus upon personal

Generational communication: I have tried to communicate with different type of people
who speaks another language. It is very frustrating for me to provide a detailed brief to
other people who do not understand my language. I have to use foreign languages for
making understand people from other countries about for the project is. The language
barrier leaves me with potential of no verbal effective communication. Then I have to
exclusively used nonverbal communication. I have started using online discussions for
speaking my project brief so that people from all ages can understand about the project.
Uncertainty from promotion: there are several individuals who are promoted to higher
positions if possible they get success and know what it feels like. At workplace, it is a
very big challenge to be productive and efficient leader. It is very hard to be always
motivated and encourage so that subordinates can learn from you. It is a big challenge for
me to address career development challenges and management oriented coaching. I have
started promoting new individuals as mentor because it teaches them success with their
experience as a useful guide. There more useful in introducing the background and
present scenario of work.
Difficulty in coaching: it is not easy to provide coaching to other people and make them
understand what the actual problem is. Coaching should be provided effectively for
promoted individuals in order to improve their leadership and communication skills
Having career growth conversation: for ordering career development, it is important to
know that goals of employees and willingness for development is necessary. For
promoting career development at workplace, it is important to urge the managers for
initiating conversation within the team members.
Strengths and weaknesses
Swot analysis
Swot analysis is the analysis in which is conducted by a person in order to identify their
strength, weakness, opportunities and threats for themselves in them nears future. I have my
conducted my swot analysis which is discussed below:

Strength I have certain major strength which will helps me in my future to become a
HR manager. I am focusing on building my various strength. As I am very
good at my communication skills, because communication skills help me
in making conversion with the other persons and at the time of recruiting
candidates for a company, this skill will help me in making effective
conversions.
Then next is I am very good at decision making skills. As this skill will
helps me in making decisions regarding employees and candidates chosen
in the industry. Then another strength of mine which will helps me in my
HR profession is confident, having good soft skills, behaving good with
other people.
Weakness Then I have many strengths but on the other hand I have many of the
weakness in myself which are that I am not good at managing my time- as
when I have given various task at one time then I can’t be able to manage
my all time and this results in being taking of the stress. And for that I have
to work slow and I cannot submit my work on given time limit. So, this
should be I have to work on.
Then another weakness which I have seen is that I am lacking on my anger
as I can become rude easily nd this results in doing conflicts among people.
Opportunities I can make various opportunities which could help me in becoming my
strength. As if I have performed my work on time then I could be able to
achieve my gaols and objectives. When I have to work multiple tasks then I
could make certain innovation in the company which will help me in
coming forward in the company and making good contacts with people.
Another opportunity I can gain if I work towards my behaviours that I can
control my anger and make more effective results in being behaving polite
with other people. if I could motivate employees then this becomes
opportunity for me in making good connection with employees.
Threats Then some of threats which I could have in this profession. As there are
many of the competitors who are now a days making efforts of being a HR
manager for any of the company. So, for preparing for this position, his can

become a threat for me. Then another threat is that I have to face too many
challenges and issues in this profession at the time of selecting of the
candidates. So, if I cannot make right decisions then this results in
becoming threats for me. Then if I did not control on my anger then this
can become threat for me.
CPPD (Continuous Professional Personal Development)
The continuing personal and professional development plan is useful for accounting different
practical needs which are used for improving supportive evidence based research. It also includes
evaluation of impact about the need of personal development as a future qualified manager. In
order to meet needs in demand of the business environment and for demonstrating ability for
engaging in advanced management, it is important for me to continuously enhance my learning
and knowledge (Figland, and et.al, 2019). Overcoming objections to knowing others out of fear
of disproving our own ideas about ourselves and the universe are major obstacles that I must
always be aware of. Negative perceptions in this area have led to a negative perception of the
workplace, however, as I previously said, the effects of a more engaging perspective have been
invaluable to my job and personal well-being.
I have good and effective communication skills which have provided me the improvement of all
contact and ability for acknowledging the present practise. It has also provided me the way to
enhance my learning skills. I have few weaknesses which include assertiveness in interpersonal
skill which is difficult for me to manage work as a HR manager. I have taken part in several
learning activities which have provided me help to enhance these skills. I have also spent a lot of
time in research and development which has helped me to analyse the learning abilities. I’ve also
involved my time in managing the ongoing process of improvement within the organisation to be
more efficient and become less bureaucratic. I’ve always supported my subordinates as well as
taken help from my seniors in order to complete the work properly. According to qualitative
study it is analysed at work has established a conflict resolution technique which has to be
collaborated with in business environment (Greshilova, Kimova, and Dambaeva, 2020). I have
worked a lot for managing the continuous person and professional development plan. They
continuing professional and personal development plan is a method for managing ways that

order to manage the business operations. It is also analysed by me that to become a qualified
manager I have to work a lot. I have decided to expand and enhance my knowledge regarding
human resources in order to meet the needs and requirements. The formal training within my
work environment helps me to manage the professional teaching qualifications which needs are
proper analysis. Experiential learning is a part of daily personal development. It is applied for
different aspect of my job that have helped me to overcome several problems. I have always

workshops by attending several workshops related to human resources. It has also increased my
experience and ideas about how to manage future problems in human resources. There are
several observations which I have recorded to be an impartial observer in HR Department. I have
recorded my strength and weakness is a highlighted the areas in which I have to work more in
order to develop my own skills. I have also taken personal tutorials which have provided me help
in order to map my progress and refocus on my learning objectives. There are several self-
assessment reporting which are used by me to enhance the requirement of my job role. There are
several valuable tools that I have used for highlighting current strength and areas for
development. I have completed the I child management programme in order to analyse knew
techniques that can be used to motivate employees and increase company’s performance. I have
always focused upon doing the best in my classroom. I have always looking forward for new
development sessions which will help me to enhance my own knowledge.
CONCLUSION
From the above discussion, it is analysed that personal professional development and
continuing personal professional development are most important factors in our life of an
individual. Such type of methods helps in evaluating own strength and weakness is. These
provide guidance to support the ways in which improvements can be made in our personal and
professional life. Reflectiveness up on own self problems and making solutions out of it is the
best way for managing the part of success. it is also evaluated by me that reviewing an evaluation
of different ways of career path is important to manage the knowledge enhancement.
