Every individual has some or the other goal which he wants to achieve in his goal. This
goal is related with this professional work and the field which he wants to go for. Every field of
work has some knowledge and skill which an individual needs to have command. There are
various factors or skills which makes a man specialize in his professional field. To accomplish
all those skills and knowledge he made a plan for himself by dividing his goals into small-,
medium- and long-term longs. Also, along with the identification of these goals they also set an
action plan which helps them in achieving their goals. This report discusses about the personal
and professional development plan which is made according to the goals I have to achieve along
with the action plan.

The major purpose for the personal and professional development plan is to help an
individual in managing his goals and objectives and learning. This also provides a means to
make a person evaluate about his personal growth with respect to his career. Learning is a

plan which a person can form. In that action plan, the ways along with the time period a person
