Personal and professional development is termed as a process that allows an individual to manage self learning as
well as growth. Continuous learning is an essential aspect through which development of knowledge and skills can
be effectively assured. Present report has been made on career plan through which individual can determine own
interest and skills and can further set career goals with the help of lists of long term as well as short-term career
goals.

●Selected field of professional interest is project management, this field include the formative application of knowledge,
methods, processes, skills and experience in order to fulfil particular project objectives. Further it has been evaluated that a
project management mainly include five phases that are initiation, planning, execution, performance or monitoring and project
close. This professional field plays most important role in an organization as project management has final deliverables that are
basically constrained to limited budget and timescale. This field within organizational workplace structure facilitate
accomplishment of goals and objectives in proper time frame and in effective manner.

operating and responding in an effective manner towards dynamic as well as changing
environment.

●As per the above mentioned report it has been concluded that project management is related to managing different
types of project aspects in an effective manner in order to accomplish underlined goals as well as objectives with
more effectiveness. Furthermore, it has been evaluated that a project manager is having roles and responsibilities
