Introduction
The aim of the report is to narrate the different skills that must be present in an individual for
getting a good job position in the current competitive scenario. It must be noted that I have
undertaken then course of gradation and want to establish myself a good and ideal employee in
the textile industry. However as here is a very tough competition taking place in the market in
the current scenario, I will have to work very hard in order to meet with all those challenges and
make sure that I am being able to support all the needs and demands of my employees as well.
BELBIN team roles are one of the most essential parts that must be kept in mind. I have realized
that there are both pros and cons of each personality type; it is from the test results that I have
been able to realize I am INTJ personality type. I will be able to do all the works properly in the
right way but at the same time I will face some issues in my career path. I will be taking the right
kinds of strategies for the purpose of overcoming the different issues in the path of my
professional career.

I believe that communication is one of the most essential traits that must be present within an
individual for becoming an ideal employee. I will be able to become an ideal textile industry

timely. At the same time I feel that this is specific goal and is needed in all the different aspects
like customer handling, employee motivation and many other such purposes.
Accountability
Accountability is needed as this will help in developing a sense of responsibility among me and
my team mates as well, I will be able to understand the importance of commitment and loyalty
towards the work or the different job roles that are actually assigned to me.
Domain knowledge
Textile industry is a rapidly advancing industry and I will have to develop a very strong
knowledge base in order to survive in this market. I will be able to understand the different
changes that are coming up in the needs and preferences of the customers so that I can solve
them promptly.

In my own analysis of the job industry and the greatest want of most businesses today; the
employers are facing a great challenge of identifying the best employees and similarly the
employees find it so hard to get their first jobs and, therefore, I will recommend the followings to
both the recruiters and the recruited in order to improve and ease the recruitment system see Igor

The employers should avoid setting the mandatory hurdles to be met by the fresh
graduates to secure a job in the company instead they should subject the students to
internship as a method of realizing there potentials and abilities. Use of compulsory set

University students should be exposed to vary activities and practical challenges that

getting nervous and losing my temper at certain times. I was unable to handle the pressure and
became rude with my team members. The team members have always understood my problems
and helped me to overcome my areas of weakness. As per BELBIN TEAM Roles, I feel that I
am a coordinator. I have been able to show a good energy and enthusiasm. I have always shared

Conclusion
Thus it can be concluded that I will be able to develop myself as a good marketing manager in a
textile industry in future. As per my realization I have all the essential skills needed for the

in the areas of my weakness and nurture my strengths at the same time.
