ways to acquire lots of knowledge and information. In fact every person have their personal ways
of learning but I used to follow proper planning process to gain knowledge. Firstly I must
consider all the relevant facts and figures before started to arrange the necessary item which is
indispensable for me while learning period. In fact I believe in self reading and self
understanding of any subject because I have a capability of understanding the complexity of any
topic.
I used to follow proper learning process while learning any subject or topic-
Firstly I believe in collecting appropriate data and information which I required
while learning things.
In fact before starting any learning development initially I need to plan all the
things to avoid mistakes while performing my personal development activities.

Because feedback is very helpful for me to know the hidden problem.
Whereas another team member of mine is going to follow her own way to learn things
like she never plan all the things before starting the learning process because according to her its
just waste of time. Initially she prefer any expertise to take their advice before starting her
development of learning. Like she believe in others instead of self learning because most of the

2.2 Identification of mechanisms for self development and another member
Support mechanism are those which create our learning process more easier through so
that we can avoid upcoming barriers. In fact the major responsibility of support mechanism is to
being a useful tool to improve the learning skills of an individual. Basically support mechanism
act as a tool in development of individual learning skills which means it helps in identifying the
needs and want of learning process.
There are many tools for me which act as support mechanism for my own development
like:-
Seniors:- Seniors and experience is also known as support mechanism for me while
developing my skills and knowledge in fact they guide me in every complex situation and
helping to overcome that problems.
Colleagues:- Sometime my co-workers also provide me a correct advice to develop
myself according to their knowledge and experience because everyone has their own way
of developing themselves (Forte, 2014).
Ideals:- Everyone have their own ideal to whom they can follow because of attractive
personality for example Virat kohli is also one of famous example for most of cricket
fans just like that I also follow one of my senior HR personality as she have a very catchy
and attractive personality.
Some of the other support mechanism for me is like motivational programmes which was mostly
held by many organization and institutes to motivate most of the individual to develop their self
learning (Kalén, and et. al., 2010). Whereas one of my team member also follow some of the
support mechanisms to develop herself to attract other and to enhance her own personality.
As for one of my team member support mechanisms means all the things through which
she get inspired to develop herself and get motivated also towards improving her overall
personality. For example her parents are the main support mechanisms because they have a
strong personality in fact she belong from very reputed family due to which initially she inspired
by her family itself. Second thing is that she also follow the advice of some experts to improve
her overall skills and characteristics.

2.3 Development plan to achieve a learning objective for myself
“Development plan” is the term through which a person can develop its inner quality and
overall personality. Basically development plan is the appropriate path or route of following the
proper procedure to develop the skills of any individual or mine also. In fact I believe in
following the proper development plan to enhance my hidden quality because according to me
appropriate and correct planning helps in estimating the future or just because of planing I can
easily avoid the upcoming mistakes.
Proper development plan is very helpful and indispensable to achieve my learning
objective as due to planning every step is follow step by step. In fact personal development plan
is mainly to identify the strength and weakness of mine so that I can overcome all the issues
which comes while learning process.
Simply for me development plan is helpful for:-
Enhancing the learning capacity.
It creates the perfect environment.
Because of planning errors and mistakes are avoided so that time is not going to
waste in improving.
Development plan basically plays a crucial role to achieve the learning objective as
learning requires a lot of attention and expertise advice because planning is not a easy task.
While doing a planning process all the factors must considered because internal and external
factors are interdependent on each other. In fact making a development plan for my learning
objective it is very essential to analyse all the relevant facts and figures because planning
requires appropriate data collection according to the subject. I need to gather all the data and
information before making a development plan to achieve my learning objectives. Somehow I
believe in self motivating so I need to make a correct development plan for myself through
which I learned new and innovative things. According to me correct development plan is very
essentials for everyone to achieve their learning objective as due to planning we can estimate the
accurate cost and try to cover the upcoming risk.

Self monitoring is one of the appropriate method of self developing by analysing or
observing others. In fact this self monitoring is the term which describe an individual personal
talent through which they can test themselves to know their capacity of learning. It means that

monitoring of personal and other member is all about understanding the overall development
matter what is easy and what is more difficult.
Coming to my monitoring method I believe in understanding the actual problem before
taking any decision regarding development process whereas for my other team member
monitoring is all about self awareness. In fact there are many methods are available to monitor
the self development for example observations, questionnaire, interviews through which I can
select the appropriate strategy to achieve my learning goals. Basically monitoring need a proper
reflection which means it is a method of understanding a subject through self thought. Simply it
defines the method of achieving my goals through a deep thought or with my own experience or
knowledge and information. It is understood that every member has to face his or her own
problem because no one is present all the time so self monitoring is the way of understanding
and learning through which me and my team member get ready to face every sudden situation.
To get a positive result I need to understand the things in my own way as learning
requires a full concentration and attention to understand new and unique terms (Black, 2010).
There are many tools are present for self monitoring or for another member but different at some
extent. Like it depend on me to select a tool according to me whereas my team member also
select a monitoring tools according to her choice because we both are different with each other in
every manner.
At the end monitoring is a method analysing the inner quality of understanding through
which I can easily learn things without taking any advice with others. In fact monitoring is kind
of career development by self inquiry and self awareness.
