Task One:
Definition of the concept of personal and professional development
Personal development is the process of enhancing one's abilities, capacities,
and knowledge in order to raise one's level of life. It aids in the attainment of desired
objectives as well as professional growth, which includes education, job prospects,
and other elements (Tattum and Tattum, 2017). As a consequence, you'll be able to
live a happier and more fulfilling life.
Professional development, on the contrary, improves the competence of
required skills and information for job success. It also focuses on the improvements
that are required to achieve the desired results (Aliu, Aigbavboa and Thwala, 2021).
As a result, these advancements result in long-term performance.
