INTRODUCTION
In current era, employees working performance plays important role for every
organisation because their profitability and productivity correlated with each others. Due to, this
business firms seeks to be conduct appropriate and effective programmes and activities within
the organisation so that with the help of them staff members can enhance their working skills and
capabilities (Stenfors-Hayes and et. al., 2010). Effectively employee's working performance
beneficial for the organisation because with the help of this company can attain their goals and
objectives in a impressive manner. In the other hand, this report will be discussing about
different type of self manage learning approaches as well as will elaborating several ways of life
long learning in the context of personal and professional. Apart from this, current skills and
competencies will be elaborating so that effectively achieve the goals. In the other hand, there
will be produced an effective personal and professional plan in a impressive style additionally
will be explaining the aims and objectives behind producing this. In this last has been defined
appropriate solutions for resolving work base problems as well as effectively will evaluate the
time management strategies.

There are different types of methods and techniques of learning which helps to enhance
skills and working performance in the context of personal and professional. Generally, learning
methods are categorised into two parts such as follows:

and efficient manner. Apart from thins, in the context of professional, employees of the

During working in organisation a person faces many problems because there are large
number of competitors which creates a major problem in the market place. A serious trouble is
created in an industry after a new player is entered at workplace (Kumagai, 2010). To solve this
problem it is important for every manager to first evaluate and identify all the problems and also
try to solve conflicts, which will help a company to improve overall performance of itself and its
workers. The major problem faced by the workers are:
Collaborative of working: Lack of communication and coordination is the main
shortcomings in every business organisations which creates obstacles among employees in their
process. It also effects the profitability of the firm by increasing its operation cost. Solving these
type of problems on time and effectively is the responsibility of every manager of the company.
As there are many resources available in the firm or near a manager, but optimum utilisation of
these resources can only help him to find better solution and also helps in maintaining effective
coordination between employees. Unreasonable rules and regulations are the main obstacles
among employees as there's no sense to follow them.
Solution of problem: It is essential for every company to find solution and resolve the
problems as soon as possible to increase its productivity and performance. An effective solution
are those which doesn't effects or disturbs companies activities (Frei, Stamm and Buddeberg-
Fischer,2010). So these are the approachable solutions which can be adopt by companies to solve
communication issues between their employees:ï‚· Improving and developing communication channels: Using optimum use of
communication channels is the responsibility and essential for every head department and
managers, which will reduce or solve the conflicts in employees during organisation
activities.
ï‚· Manage and maintaining team work: Main focus of every manager is to motivate their
workers and team, for this manager should have skills of sound leadership qualities and
he should be familiar with motivational theories (Stephenson and Yorke, 2013). A
motivated team can only be able to increase productivity and sales for the company to
grow its business and revenues in long run.

In today's sophisticated business environment, gap in communication is the big issues
which is faced by most of the companies. It effects an Industry, by decreasing its productivity
and increasing in operation cost. Types of communication for transferring information at all
levels of hierarchy of the organisation are:ï‚· Verbal communication: In this type of communication, a person conveys a message to
another person verbally or orally( speech). This type of communication includes tone of
the speech, type of words to be used, etc (Blair and Capel, 2011). So for effective
communication, choice of right words at the right time is compulsory. Like using medical
jargon's in front of engineer will not allow him to understand anything.ï‚· Non Verbal communication: As the name suggests it is not verbally, means a person
communicating with other person without using a word but through body language,
behaviour, etc. Like for example a traffic police gives signals through his hand signs.ï‚· Written Communication: It is mostly used by top level management, in this type of
communication person communicates in written form like: letters, agreements, contracts,
applications, etc.
ï‚· Public Communication: This type of communication usually done in one way, as
listeners only listen to the speaker (Nabhani and Bahous, 2010). This type of
communication requires high confidence to speak in front of public.
Apart from this, there are various other styles of communications:ï‚· Assertive: Assertive means having respect for own and for others, a assertive person will
clearly express his thoughts and feelings through being open, honest and direct with
people through his communication (Kennedy and Shiel, 2010).ï‚· Aggressive: In this style person thought only about winning, even they can suffer other
person for their needs as they think their needs are important than other people. That's
why it is an ineffective style as the person doesn't want to listen properly to others.
ï‚· Submissive: This style is opposite of aggressive style, as the person always please other
people and tries to avoid conflict. Person of this style of communication is having low
