Development is one of indispensable element for very individual and organization for
surviving in this modern era. Basically personal-or-professional growth is a term which defines
self upliftment which means enhancement of entire personality by improving learning skills. In
fact according to this a person may develop their skills as well as polish their performance by
attending different sessions and programmes (Avalos, 2011). Radisson blu is a one of leading
hotel in UK which is expanded in number of countries and popular for its services as well as
attractive interior. This report is classified into three equal parts for highlighting the ability of
sales executive working in a multinational hotel and their roles or responsibilities towards
company. Furthermore, assignment is going to identify needs of a executer for preparing a
development plan so that individual may enhance their skills. Later on, report throw some lights
feedback which is given by different customer for reforming their plan as per demands and
requirements. Hence, in the end learner should get aware about individual skills and knowledge
