INTRODUCTION
Skills are to be assessed every now and then such that they can be used to modulate the
formulations that are required for an individual to develop personality (Daniau, 2016). In order to
move ahead with the onset of professional development it is also a mandatory to develop all the
personal skills that will lift up career as well as will act as a boosting to individual development.
This section will deal with how far the skills that are stipulated for any work and that are really
essential to cope up with the challenges with regard to personal development. They will portray a
reflective message of how far they are been inculcated.
MAIN BODY
Communication skills
I have an efficiency towards maintaining the communication skills and that is the major probable
factor that can be accounted. Communication skills are regarded to be one of the primary assets
of any personal development plan or with regard to an individual that is pursuing a course or an
empathising approach towards a university or any organisational development. Communication
skills play a major role where it stands as one of the unique entity as well as an identity where a
person can easily surf through all the challenges that will be in the period of learning. According
to my knowledge communication is necessary to develop personality and that is easily a replica
of all the sufficient information that is gathered up on the basis of which a person can easily
develop all the qualities that are required to interact with people and that is what is being fixed
over here (Ramia and et.al, 2016). Communication skills are easily developed and the ones that I
have acknowledged help me to win over the circumstances where I will have to listen and speak
accordingly. The observation skills that are a part of communication skills are also improved
based on the empathy that is being created over the substantial amount of work which has been
distributed among us. All the ideas of the feelings that are being developed as a part of the
internal work are being taken care about and involvement into improving the quality of
interaction is being developed. with this communication skill I have now become an active
listener not just a person that will speak. I have a complete awareness about different
communication styles that are a part of my curriculum on a daily basis.
ICT
The information and Communications technology is regarded to be one of the most unique skill
that is efficiently being processed by different people all around. This is a way of communicating

professionally and carry forwarding all the identities that are necessary to be incorporated with
the usage of various Technologies. On a daily basis that will be different task like that of female
video call and different surfing on internet. Everything is made possible once the Information
and Communication Technology skills are sharpened. Through this particular skill I have
evaluated all my modulation regarding the email management and setup. In the beginning I was
not so effective towards communicating through mail (Tattum and Tattum, 2017). After
inculcating this particular skill I am now able to send mails to colleagues employers and whoever
is dealing with me on a professional basis. I would first acknowledge different aspects that are
required to expertise the value of every skill and only then I can move ahead with the prospect of
depicting it. An online research is being performed by me in order to required certain data which
is necessary to troubleshoot all the problems that are negotiating and my mind. With this
research as a primary source and the management of different channels like that of social media
Facebook and LinkedIn, I am now able to connect with people all around the globe to work for
and to get benefited through the project and being able to fetch a particular demand that is
necessary. When online collaboration is also there in order to move ahead with the group
discussions for the meetings that are necessary to be tackled about. When people are working
from remote areas it is a mandatory that they will have to get collaborated on an online basis and
that is where they speak about all the necessary amendments. In this context I am now being able
to organise meetings with colleagues as well as those with the other people who are willing to
interact on video conferencing software which is a major criteria that is to be taken care about.
Also the usage of Smartphones and Tablets is now being identified as the crucial mechanism to
be known to everybody. For this reason I have acquired the skills that are necessary to move
ahead where the usage of different iPhone and Android devices that has helped me to land over
my communication and Technology skills in a more rigorous manner (Cronin and et.al, 2018).
Research skills
Research skills are necessary in order to move ahead with the choices that are to be made in
employment policies. It is not until when a particular research is carry forwarded in knowing and
gaining knowledge regarding things that are necessary for an organisation that and the employer
cannot move ahead in development aspects. A good career development is associated with the
kind of research skills that are being processed by an individual. Being into a field where
research is mandatory I have been through different changes and the aspects that I have faced

along have improved my knowledge regarding all the competencies that are required to be
Incorporated. Through this research I got to understand different products that are new and are
launched and also the choices of customers and how to keep an interaction with the customers as
well. The one and only solution to all the problems that arises as a part of career development is
lack of knowledge. When a person is imbibed with the required amount of knowledge then he or
she will be able to cope up with the circumstances that they are going through. This knowledge
can only be required upon a thorough research that can be committed on things that are being
stepped into. In the same manner I being into this field have opted for several ways of searching
information and all I got to know was problem solving skills and the results of communication
were also oriented with this. Time management is also required to be one of those basic skills
and the attention that is to be given to a particular event or a component will have to be followed
with the quick reference to the circumstances.
Numeracy
In my point of consideration, Numeracy is an important skill and it will also enhance and
individual to move ahead in calculating the different operational policies that are in regard to
additions subtractions and many other complications. Which numeracy skills in an organisational
culture one can cope up with all the financial transactions that are required to be taken care about
and also the statistical data that is to be calculated. Through a thorough research I have
encountered the fact that there are multiple scenarios where an individual will have to work upon
the basis of calculations (Whittington and et.al, 2017). This particular skill I have sharp and the
quality of numeracy where I cannot perform the basic operations that are required for me to
uplift my career in an organisation. Also when it comes to a high school graduation or any kind
of University I will have to tackle different central aspects that are in regard to numeracy. I
cannot comprehend with different fundamental approaches that are required for any individual to
understand the situation.
Teamwork skill: teamwork is regarded to be one of the most favourable aspect in an organisation
or in studies or university. Through teamwork one can easily win over the choices that can be
amended. The teamwork that I have inculcated help me to gain knowledge regarding different
people that have constituted the team. I have also learnt that same work can make anything
possible and that is what is required in a workplace or in a career development.

Organisation/ time management
Time management or the organisational management is regarded to be one of the Unique criteria
and that is not followed by many. This will have to be inculcated by different approaches and
that is made possible by the onset of strategies that are inculcated. The Organisational
Management that I have learnt help me to cope up with the different practical approaches in
order to move ahead with the profitable aspects in a workplace.
Problem solving skills
Problem solving skills are necessary to cope up with the situations. There might be different
circumstances where the different problems that will arise as a part of existence. In a workplace
these problems are considered to be a natural phenomena and they are to be tackled in a more
different modulation. Problem solving skills that I have learnt help me to win over the naturally
hard circumstances that are necessary for an individual to move ahead with solutions. I have also
gained experience in delivering people required knowledge that is necessary for them to enhance
situations.
CONCLUSION
The entire report will bring about the onset of different skills that are necessary to cope up with
personal and professional development. It is a necessity to win over the probabilities of the
situation and that is only possible through the different skills that are depicted.
