INTRODUCTION
The term reflection is helpful to develop their skills and define their knowledge
how to learn to review their effectiveness instead of doing such things with them. It is
something reflection to a specific person situation or attitude should be discussed.
Training events proposal must be include length of training, and identify that will be
required for attend some training and maintain some pre determined budget are should
be decided (Anikina, 2021). To understand this project, they need to define design,
planning, pitching and various stages of training event proposal. This report covers
various topics such as design and evaluate their training proposal of event, what should
be improved in future, personal reflection as a role of group member, how group worked
together and what type of team members are there and what type of skills are required
to completing this modules.
MAIN BODY
Evaluate reflections design, pitching and planning for training event proposal
Training design is an experience or prepare a detailed plan what they will do why
they will be doing to reach a particular objectives or goals. To design a event training
proposal, they need to be determine a following steps need to be undertaken are as
follows:
Define purpose of training and target customers: The first step is to design
my event proposal is to decide what was the purpose to completing or running this
event and identify some target customer so it will be easy for me ton decide to clear all
training needs should be accomplish. I need to be clear that funding should be clear and
well established professional needs for development. I need to sort out such things
which is related to event proposal and identify or determine training needs and should
be focus or prioritize their team members. Once I have clear if all purpose and target
customer are recognize then use this description to promote such program to determine
perspective participants (Arakawa and Shiba,2020)
Determine participants needs: If I have identify some participants that will be
influence some participants for learning objectives and goals to guide some activities
related to training part. The more I know about some participants the greater I will

design my event proposal which will be meaningful them. As per the needs and wants
of customer expectations to target some customers whether participants are registered
or not, they can provide written survey and collect all general information from all
participants who participate in event. This will allow to collect all information related to
participants then they can evaluate or feedback forms are should be training events.
Define particular goals and objectives: After I assess all the information
related to participants then define goals and objectives are identified related to training
purpose. It should be include such as clarifying outcomes or results, planning for
particular event activities and designing evaluation process.
Planning for training event proposal
To plan for effective training event proposal I need to be ensure that there is a
team require to develop for understanding a better knowledge and provide such skills
which are required to plan for event proposal. They need to organize an suitable
structure and enlightening materials are determined for taking a proper suitable venue
(Culver, 2020).
Gap analysis: Gap analysis is helpful for me to identify or determine what they
have cover in training event. Some desired skills are required for their team members
and choose level of competence so I would to like to check for each and every skills in
team members.
Decide on learning objectives: Learning objectives are need to be determine

end of training event. Sometimes, some objectives should not be clear enough to set
their learning expectations and allow accurately measure progress at the end of project.
Make it enjoyable: Training event can rapidly based on such information and
give attendees on memorable information or experience to plan reach and every part of
project. It should also include games, contests, quiz and many more fun activities are
need to be undertaken. This will be helpful for me because I can interact each and
every participants in event proposal and encourage team engagement for whole event.

other everyone and maintain or build their relationship with other team members also

Find a proper venue: Location are very important for any training event because
to identify where event should be organized proper place should be decided in proper
manner. If I need to be make sure that there is a support of event such as chairs, tables
and catering services are there they may be consider that holding an event that

There are a lot considerations which is related to company and fairly provide branding
and product messaging. When it comes to selecting a theme it should be related to
new product are launching or it is to be creative through the whole event.
Make and follow budget: Proper budget should be decided is very important
factor to plan any event whether budget should be high but approved budget are decide
in efficient manner. Small things are should be disturbance related to budget which are
include as transport cost, staff fees, speaker charges, location charges and many more
things are included. So it will be easy to decide budget in proper manner and before for
planning any event.

Listen to participant: For managing each and every event it is necessary to
listen each and every participant what they have to say whether it is related to event or
anything else or not it is responsibility for every manager to listen participants. It should
be mainly focus on participants as much duties should be followed and collect data for
those people who have participate or target audience for taking surveys (Rieves, 2020)
On site preparation and planning: Having selected venue already before
making a plan event managers make sure things are going run smoothly and know if
mistakes are there then they have to solve it in proper manner. Having a good or
positive things are going on in this event then surely venue staff will also helpful for
them in every event training.
Reflection on role as a group member and how you contributed to this project
As a group member in this project, it is very comfortable to work in team and
decide to work in environment and sharing all information related to this project. There
is no other unnecessary burden or stress because work should be divided among
various other members also so I have to contribute to this project as a facilitator
because I m responsible or liable towards accomplishing their goals and objectives in
an efficient manner and involves all task to perform better within team members. I have
my communication skills also so I have to interact various other people in venue and
invite more and more customer on this event. I m also time keeper person also because
I have to complete each and every work on timely basis and regularly in managing
systems. I have handle location venue and catering services for exploring new ideas
and thoughts for perspective or alternative ideas (Rook, 2019). To contribute a
successful proposal, I have schedule meeting on regular basis on other clients also
from person to person in our event manger and ensure that there is no one is left out.
To solve all those problems which is related to goodwill and in case of any problems
regarding their vent I have to solve these problems and helpful for other team members
also so it will easy to work complete.
Discuss how can group work together and what kind of team members did they have
within group
Effective group are worked together effectively for completing their particular task
in a proper time within each members are contributing through this skills, knowledge

and experience. Many stages are decided in group project to accomplishing their task
goals and objectives. If there groups are work together it will be enhancing their
strengths and weakness for each and every team members in organization. It should be
identifying all aspects of business for particular project and allocate task for an suitable
group members. Managing people effectively for managers when individuals are work
together in a group or team it require leadership skills or knowledge regarding any
project event (Starr, 2019). To working with group it is very effectively that more
information are require for single individual and tap to more information because of such
experiences. In this project, various types of individual are involved in this project who
helped to continue this project in a very efficient manner. Different kinds of person in
group which are named as contributor, collaborator, good communicator and challenger
who challenge to perform each and every task perform and complete work on timely
basis. It should be defined task oriented procedure and fully recognized to completing
task which are allocated to them.

Organizational skills: It is very important skills for any event proposal which
means to keep informed that proper timelines, budgets and appointment should be
