INTRODUCTION
Reflective journal is the record maintained by student or learner about its own experience
and learning about some specific given task (Reflective Journal 2017). Reflective journals is the
best strategy to evaluate own skills and capabilities. Further, it is the maintenance of record of
entire journey of learning and incidents faced by the individual (Albakri, Abdullah and Jusoh,
2017).
In this reflective I will outline my experience of preparing report and presentation on
technical factors of SAMSUNG with 4 other girls. The plan was exciting for me as I like to
interact and work with different kind of people. In my opinion the presentation plan is best
which assist the person in boosting morale and self confidence. In my refection I will evaluate all
the incidents and my learning which I faced throughout the presentation.
According to my personal experience of presentation I feel the major issue which I faced
with other four girls was communication and time management. Communication is the skill
which helps the individual in resolving various problems just with one effective interaction
(Jiang, Zhao and Wei, 2016) but during the collection of data and also at the time of presenting
presentation I feel the audience were dissatisfied because we all lack the communication and
were not able to answer many questions. In my opinion the ineffectiveness of last day
presentation arise due to time management because at the time of analysing the data regarding
technical factors there were only 2 girls present, one was me and other one was the girl who was
not aware about anything related to presentation as he was present physically but not mentally.
Therefore, things became very difficult for me and because for giving details about technical
factors to her, I wasted so much time due to which at the time of presentation, I was unable to
establish effective communication with audience as per my plan.
I evaluated that the time of collecting data regarding the technical factors of SAMSUNG,
every girl was present and was communicating effectively ((de la Cruz and Mejía, 2017)). The
things were in my favour and I boosted everyone morale by communicating them the idea of
managing time and establishing discussion with audience which was the best idea to generate
interest of audience in our presentation but after gathering data, I noticed that there was no
coordination and cooperation among us which disturbed me as I was unable to manage time
alone. I Asked everyone to be preset at the time of analysing data but there was no cooperation
and team efforts, due to this we wasted 3 days because of which I was forced to asked my senior

This assist the person dividing work and days accurately. On the hand when we started our work

in our group two girls were not even ready to communicate with each other which again created
problem in entire presentation. In accordance to this situation I evaluated that the person should
keep their personal and professional grudges aside while working in one team.
Hence, after analysis of gathered data and presentation I discovered the need of
improvement in myself like, it is important for me to understand the role of managing time when
working in time. Moreover, I outlined the different behaviours of people and evaluated the ways
of handling such people. The presentation went very poor which I discovered through feedback
cards which I distributed among audience to analyse their point of view. All the feedback were
