INTRODUCTION
Personal reflection refers to the response that is experienced while going through
particular stimulus. This is written by individuals for explore and description of personal
experience, events and feelings. Personal reflection defines opportunity that reconsider and
represent learning which is gained from event, thought and feelings. In this research, the personal
reflection is developed by learning different perspective from hospitality industry which is
gained at time of taking consultancy session from Star Hotel. Moreover, it helps me to increase
professional skills and communication skill which aids me to develop my career.
MAIN BODY

Training plays an important role for me that lead to improve my work skills through
understanding different aspects for management. In the present scenario, with such complexity in
employment it is mandatory to develop an effective training proposal that is used to deliver
better speech at time of interview for training. From my side, at time of designing value for
development of this goals it is identified that management of Star hotel perform different roles.
So it is complex for me to design and put all objective in a single frame because of variety of
changes in responsibilities of each task. Moreover, design also helps to make proposal more
attractive as it leads me to select right task and activity that is useful for right results. In context
of my training proposal I show required skill which related with job position. Along with this
benefits from perspective of organisation are also demonstrate. Example- to work for them as an
asset for satisfying needs and wants of customers in minimum time period.

After having the detail analysis on the model, there are number of skills which has been acquired
by me such as decision making skills is very important within the hotel industry. It is one of the
skills which I have improved while working with the team member. The skills related to
communication is also important to deal with company. I have worked a lot during training
sessions and but attaining seminars being conducted in hotel so it is one of the area which has
improved a lot. This are some of the important skills which I have improved. Also, it is said that
planning is one of the effective skills which can play the huge role for attaining the goals and
looking at work, I can easily say that I have improved this particular skill so that in future period
I will not have to face any of the difficulties. Even there will be higher percentage of attaining
the goals. In addition, I would like to says that after working within the team and listening to
their ideas and views, it can be easily said that I have worked a lot in the field of innovative skills
because it us one of the successful way to attract more number of customers. It will also keep
