INTRODUCTION
Personal reflection refers to the response that is experienced while going through
particular stimulus. This is written by individuals for explore and description of personal
experience, events and feelings. Personal reflection defines opportunity that reconsider and
represent learning which is gained from event, thought and feelings. In this research, the personal
reflection is developed by learning different perspective from hospitality industry which is
gained at time of taking consultancy session from Star Hotel. Moreover, it helps me to increase
professional skills and communication skill which aids me to develop my career.
MAIN BODY
Personal evaluative reflection for design, plan and pitching stages for training event proposal
Training plays an important role for me that lead to improve my work skills through
understanding different aspects for management. In the present scenario, with such complexity in
employment it is mandatory to develop an effective training proposal that is used to deliver
better speech at time of interview for training. From my side, at time of designing value for
development of this goals it is identified that management of Star hotel perform different roles.
So it is complex for me to design and put all objective in a single frame because of variety of
changes in responsibilities of each task. Moreover, design also helps to make proposal more
attractive as it leads me to select right task and activity that is useful for right results. In context
of my training proposal I show required skill which related with job position. Along with this
benefits from perspective of organisation are also demonstrate. Example- to work for them as an
asset for satisfying needs and wants of customers in minimum time period.

representing their proposal and essential activities in proper manner. This refers that there are
various task are performed by management which helps me to complete all work in systematic
and desired manner. Example- I learned that my pitch or transfer of information is fast due to
which it is complex for listener to understand meaning of words. Along with this it is analysed
that all information perspective are completed by me through understanding all of them in
accurate manner which is beneficial for dealing with customers in proper manner because
communication help to interact with customers in proper manner. So needs and wants of
customers are satisfied in proper manner. So pitch skill helps me to transfer essential information
in proper manner that leads to make positive perception among mind of hotel authorities.
Discussion on all methods which are again used in future
With the increases in work methods of Hospitality industry it is analysed that all task and
operations which are performed by me are also beneficial in future. This all leads to complete all
work with motive of managing task that enhance skill of company for completing work with
accomplishing skills that leads to use them within upcoming future. Moreover, by my side it is
analyse that most of the task that are performed by me related with professional aspects that
leads me to enhance career option in hospitality industry. With this aspects management also
consider that all task which are performed used to improve overall skills and it also leads for
completing task through discussing those areas which consider again use of task helps me to
manage work by motivating all individuals that they must complete work by determining task
that discuss to improve better results in my career. Moreover, it is also analysed that personal

reflection not only in current situation but it also understand for an individual in improving their
future. In simple term, I want to explain that not I am able to get benefits through using skill in
current areas but on other side it is also used by me to improve work methods of my team
members. Like, with the upcoming market conditions and future perspective reflection is used by
me and group members to improve our current skill in future by monitoring its current phases.
 Knowledge and qualification are most important skills which are used to complete work
in current situation and also in future. This refers that with implement of right knowledge
it is easy for me to complete all work in proper manner. Along with this it is used in
leading task that leads for accomplish of longer results in selected organisation that is
providing consultancy training session. From perspective of future it is monitored
information and knowledge must be update on regular basis. So this result I should deal
with this existing changes within market and also prepare for adopt and learn new things
in upcoming future.
 Along with this professional skills are another aspect which is use by me to work with in
upcoming future. It also refers that all tasks and activities are inter-related with each other
and this all are performed with motive gaining top positions in market. Along with this
market options and its research activities are also searched by me and it show that to gain
longer results individuals who are engage in hospitality industry must increase their
professional skill.
 Last, to improve communication skill I analysed with in future it helps to work within a
lot of activities. This start with working areas that management consider for dealing with
consumer for specific period. The best example for this start with listening of consumer
complaints through which I am able to demonstrate my work skills in proper manner.
Along with this with different in task and capabilities generates barrier and reduces my
work performance. So to transfer all of them properly I work with motive of improving
them that also work better methods to improve skill in future.
Honest and accurate personal reflection about my role as a group member with my contribution
in project
The most existing methods to keep make interest in work is that to complete and discuss
task as well as its activities with group members. This refers all individuals which are engaged in
group perform project through making contribution about their role in research. All of my

teammates as well as me contain a learning training session in Star hotel. For less conflicts and
completion of all task in proper manner we all delegate roles and responsibilities which relates
particularly with skill of all individual. The honest reflection which show my efficiency is
reception efficiency, professionalism and to deal with customers complaints. All of this roles are
performed by me to complete work with motive and deals with completion of task and objectives
that is used to professionalism for improving all work and it is used for dealing customer
complaints. Along with this a noticeable which decline in customers, services, feedback forms
which front house team it is failing that targeted numbers. Along with my believe that would
benefit from training session. Professional is defined as morals and behaviour in individual
within work and it also extend pass the work place into day to day life to represent as brand.
Lack of effort and un-skilled workers employees generates complexity for me to work with in an
accurate manner. But my team members help me to work with in an effective manner and
conservation within college mates and group members leads me to enhance my productivity
through improving communication and professional skills. This results all task and objectives
which are engaged in teams leads to make benefits for all persons. Overall me and all other
group members perform all functions according to desired results that leads to increase overall
efficiency by contributing in each other work aspects.
In any of the organization, it is necessary to understand that role of team or group plays the most
significant role because their contribution directly allows to accomplish the goals in specific time
period. Talking about Start Hotel, the team has been divided into the group of four people each
and major focus is given on professionalism. It always helps the organization to perform in any
of the situation due to which chances of error reduces and team efforts can also allow the
organization accomplish its goals. The formation of team has been done on the basis of
knowledge and skills so that if in any team new member is there or who has lack of skills then
they will not suffer in any of the situation and if problem arises then circumstances can be
tackled with effective decision. Talking about the team, as it is one of the hotel industry, I have
hired those employees within the organization who is specialist in their own field and focuses on
the goals. Also, there is no chances of hiring those candidates who doesn’t have past experience
because that automatically reduces the unnecessary expenses and increases the overall profit of a
company. In addition, it has been focuses by the team that they must work for the fulfilment of
customer’s demand which is one of the key process to attain goals. Even there are some of the

situation where taking decision is not easy then in that respective condition team leader has been
authorized to discuss with other department head who can come with some solution so that
problem can be solved.
After having the detail analysis on the model, there are number of skills which has been acquired
by me such as decision making skills is very important within the hotel industry. It is one of the
skills which I have improved while working with the team member. The skills related to
communication is also important to deal with company. I have worked a lot during training
sessions and but attaining seminars being conducted in hotel so it is one of the area which has
improved a lot. This are some of the important skills which I have improved. Also, it is said that
planning is one of the effective skills which can play the huge role for attaining the goals and
looking at work, I can easily say that I have improved this particular skill so that in future period
I will not have to face any of the difficulties. Even there will be higher percentage of attaining
the goals. In addition, I would like to says that after working within the team and listening to
their ideas and views, it can be easily said that I have worked a lot in the field of innovative skills
because it us one of the successful way to attract more number of customers. It will also keep
competition alive within the market for the longer time period through which goals can be
accomplished.
CONCLUSION
From the above report it is analysed that personal reflection helps to revise learning and
to analyse all those aspects which related with future goals and objectives. Moreover, an
individual is also able to understand all skills that is used for improving better results and
functions which enhances work possibility for leadings desired results in current situation and in
future. In last, by performing all task with group members it is analysed that better results and
training session is gained through contributing roles and responsibilities in effective manner.
