Educational Details
I am an alma matter of Annamacharya Institute of Technology and Science
Hyderabad, India. I have successfully completed my B.tech degree (Bachelor of
Technology) in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) from Jawaharlal Nehru
Technological University Hyderabad (JNTUH).
Internship
After completing my bachelor's degree, I was fortunate enough to do my internship
from one of the reputed organisation of the world, Microsoft. My tenure as an intern in
Microsoft has helped me to gain significant knowledge in the domain computer science and
programming with a special mention to dot net. Internship also helped me to get a detailed
insight of the corporate world of software and engineering.

Job Experience
With holistic internship experience in hand, I was succeeded to bag my first job in
Microsoft itself. I served Microsoft for 1 year as a dot net software engineer in their
Bangalore wing. After Microsoft, I joined another stalwart company in Information
Technology (IT) domain, HCL. My position in HCL was Java programmer. The major client
served by me when I was in HCL was Swiss Bank. My job profile include onsite client
handling via tracking their offshore development issues like review of codes of the
development mode. While on HCL, I was also assigned to handle java programming like
software design, troubleshooting of the application, conduction gap analysis.
Present Involvement
Currently I am pursuing my Master's degree in computer science order to flourish my
career as a software programmer in renowned MNCs.

However, in order to flourish as an Information and Communication Technology
(ICT) professional, I need to refine my specific soft skills. Two main areas where I lag behind
are communication skills and leadership qualities.
Communication Skills
I suffer from social anxiety and hence lack confidence when I am asked to interact
with mass or even with a group of people in English. Communication skill is a must that one
needs to survive in MNC. So in order to work on my communication skills, I am planning to
join an interactive communication class. In the class I will get an exposure to interact and to
give presentation in front of the mass and this will help me to refine my communication
skills.
Leadership Qualities
Leadership quality is a must which I need to escalate in my career graph. I lag in
leadership and decision making skills and hence I am a bit sceptical in securing a higher
position in MNC. In order to refine my leadership quality, I will try to participate in several
group activities in university during my M. Sc tenure. This will help to gain an experience of
leading a team and thereby helping me to gain confidence.
