INTRODUCTION
Future actions is a concept which helps to analyze the actions of an individual that they
will take in future. It is very uncertain to identify the future actions of an individual but it can be
analyzed that what effect the most to future actions of an individual (Joyce, 2021). As a person
who is in Walton development of knowledge and skills to get better job opportunities in the
market I have always focus to analyze the gap between my skills which helps me to analyze my
weaknesses and to improve them in future. This report contains the link between gap analysis
and future actions that are taken by an individual for their career and business development. It
also contains the swot analysis and the development that has been taken into consideration in
recruitment and identify the requirements that will help an employee in successful employability.
There are several feedback that has been received with the help of various videos presentation
one to one interviews and pitch presentation which helps to successfully apply the skills that I
have developed during course on the real employment opportunities in the market. It has also
been included in this report.
MAIN BODY
Link of Future Actions with the Gap Analysis
Gap analysis refers to the process in which an individual evaluates about the skills in
which they need to master and the level of skill they have already attain (Tatnall, 2020). In the
case of the gap analysis and individual as their focus to determine the difference between the
skills that they have achieved and they want to achieve and product that has been identified by a
person is known as skills gap. This gap analysis has a very important impact on the future actions
of an individual because the future actions are directly linked with the gaps that hasn't been
identified at the theoretical and personal in the gap analysis. In my analysis I have identified that
I need to work on several skills so that I can be able to become effective human resource
personnel in future. In my skills analysis I found myself to be measure of the extrovert which is
is an achievement for me from my last skills analysis but still I am considered as 25% of
introvert which can be proven to be not good for my career. This analysis will help me to
identify my future actions and goals that will I made for my personal development plan (Preston,
and Rosairo, 2021). To better understand the link of future actions the gap analysis My SWOT
analysis has been given below:

Strengths:
I am a person with good teamwork skills.
I am reliable as well as passionate person and able to plan, organize and evaluate a
given project and always try to be honest with their promises and responsibilities. I focus
that people will not feel let down due to me which causes to start believe in me. I always
focus to fulfill my promise and responsibilities no matter how difficult it to do so. As a
passionate person I always focus on my interest and hobbies and not like to be boring in
life.
According to my personality test survey I have analysed that I am an extrovert person and
feel good to communicate with other people which is very helpful for me to develop my
communication skills.
I am person with good abilities to successfully prioritize tasks.
Weaknesses:
My biggest weakness is my networking and unable to promote my unique selling points
in a networking situation with prospective employers. I put pressure on myself to write
and solve all the problems that encounters with me. It is my weakness to put pressure on
me to do something that is going wrong in a right manner which can create a problem to
me that I will not able to help anyone later (Mello, VargaAtkins, and Edwards, 2021).
A person who is overly idealistic and found everyone to be have a clear idea about what
is wrong and what is right. That is the reason people easily break my core values.
When I think about self-improvement I find myself to be have short of energy and
determination to accept the changes. I always put others to make the changes and myself
is not interested in the first place to make the change.
Opportunities:
Main quality of becoming receptive will help me to make strong decisions in the
organization and will allow me to become an effective leader for the company.
My reliability will be proven to be good for my job career as it will provide me greater
opportunities in many companies who wants reliable and honest person. As I am
passionate about my work also I always focus on enhancement of my skills and

knowledge which will also attract large companies to provide better opportunities for me
in the market.
Good communication skills will help me to became an effective leader for the
organization and provide motivation to the employees to give good productivity in the
company.
Threats:
Overpressure on myself to solve everything that is wrong to convert it in right can affect
my health and will result in in low productivity from my side.
Overly idealistic can be harmful for me as broke off my trust and values can affect my
mental health.
The SWOT analysis that has been conducted below helps in individual to analyses their
strengths and weaknesses (Lelis, 2020). This is strengths of an individual are the abilities that
they develop from their birth to this stage of life. Weaknesses are the point at which that
individual will not be able to give their best and requires more focus on those skills. To
analyses the link between the future actions and gap analysis this SWOT analysis will be
proven to be very helpful. This SWOT analysis helps to analyses the gap between my
strength and weaknesses and find out the various opportunities and threats that can affect my
future growth and development. The opportunities provided in the SWOT analysis helps me
to analyses the future actions that should I take based on my strengths that I have identified.
The threats are the events that can be proven to be harmful for me due to my weaknesses in
that field but if I have developed my weaknesses to convert them into my strengths then there
will be less threats for my successful career in future.
Current development in recruitment and requirement of successful employability
With the increased globalization it has been analyzed that there is a current development
in recruitment process to acquire great talent in the organizations. In order to attract talented
employees to the organization the company's work on remote interviewing in which they acquire
their talent with the help of remote interview. It is the most recent trend that has been emerged in
the recruitment process these days. Apart from this the candidate experience can also be
considered in the current development of recruitment plan. It matters a lot in the multinational
organizations to hire experienced candidates so that they can be able to save their training and

development cost and time of the company. Apart from this there are several other factors that
has impacted the current development of recruitment area. Diversity and inclusion to be required
in the organization is also one of the factor that has impacted the development of recruitment
area in the organization. This development requires various skills to be developed in the
individual so that they can be able to get a table in the environment of the organization. The
contingent workers and analytical skills are also required in workers so that they can be able to
work in effective manner and enhance the productivity of the organization with their working.
Apart from this the most importantly that is important in the current development of recruitment
is the skills and competencies of the individuals. It plays the most important role in the
recruitment process which has been identified by the human resource manager in a candidate to
provide the job for which they are recruiting. It has been analyzed that there is a rapid
development in the recruitment process and the requirements of organizations to provide
successful employability. In order to recruit in individual and these days the organizations does
not focus on the knowledge or degrees that an individual attains with their courses (Manasan,
2020). Now the new requirement for the recruitments and successful employability in the
organization it is essential for an individual to attain various skills. As I have information and
knowledge related to the current market trends and development and recruitment strategies and
also there is requirement of understanding this development for successful employability in the
market. There are several steps that are essential for an individual to follow in order to get
successful employability and fulfill all the requirements for the same that are given below
Advance my education: The education organization understand the development of recruitment
process as well as the requirements that has been taken place by an individual to enhance their
skills to get successful employee ability (Lindy, 2020). It is directly connected with the goals and
objectives of an individual and requires advanced education to be adopted by students. Colleges
provides various assignments that helps individuals to enhance their skills that are essential to
become a human resource manager. According to the CV I have identified that I also want to
become human resource manager in which my advance education will help me as I have learnt
several concepts techniques and various other things in this advanced education path.
Get organized: Another requirement to get successful employability is to be organized by an
individual. If an individual is organized then they will be able to behave and work in organized

in the company which helps employers to attracted towards the people who to keep themselves
organized for stock to understand the current development in recruitment and success and
liability it is essential for an individual to get organized in such a manner that they can be evil to
co-operate and co-ordinate with the other employees in the organization.
Teamwork skills: In the modern times it became essential for individuals to enhance their
teamwork skills to achieve successful employment in their career as teamwork is the most
essential skill that is required by modern organizations for their enhancement and productivity of
employees (Lejeune, Beausaert, and Raemdonck, 2021). Analyzing these skills and its importance
in the successful employability I have identified that it I am liking in this team work skills and
requires successful plan to enhance these skills for my successful employability.
Effective communication: Previously these skills like teamwork skills and communication
skills does not matter to get employment but with the increase competition in the job
opportunities it is essential for individuals to focus on these skills. Effective communication
refers to the skill that has been developed by an individual related to the communication. To
work in a social organisation it is essential for me to effectively communicate with my seniors
my team members and with other team members to work effectively. In this manner effective
communication is essential for an individual to get successful employability in a company. With
the increased knowledge related to the requirements of skills in an individual it became essential
to develop effective communication for successful employability.
Professionalism: Professionalism is very important for an individual to become a successful
employer or employee (Allister, 2020). Maybe without professionalism and individual get a job but
to get promotions and effective appraisals in the job opportunities and individual is required to
enhance their professional is. This professionalism will help the individual in their current
development in recruitment. After analyzing the various developments that has been taken place
in the recruitment process of various organization it has been identified that the people who
behave professionally are more attracting the employers to give higher salaries to the individuals
and have a more appraisals in an organization with more development.

Task Feedback: Employment feedback refers to positive or negative feedback given to
employees and managers regarding their work in the organization (Scholar, 2020). In addition, I
receive feedback on my work in order to improve my abilities. My seniors' feedback assists me
in analyzing my weak spots and strengths so that I can obtain multiple job choices and overcome
the threat in the actual world. My workplace provides me with feedback that encourages me to
improve my behavior in the workplace. I also supply employees with work based in banks so
that they can be motivated by their good and productive job and improve on their weaknesses in
the business. Positive and negative impacts have their own significance in an individual's life, as
positive feedback motivates employees in the workplace, whereas negative feedback identifies
weak areas in an employee's performance, allowing them to be improved and an employee to
become more effective in achieving their career goals and objectives. There are four types of
feedback, the first of which is negative feedback, which identifies flaws in prior work, and the
second of which is positive feedback, which complements an individual on their contributions to
the organization's aims and objectives. Negative feed-forward and positive feedback are two
more types of feedback that provide reassurance about future behavior. The feedback that have
collected from teachers help me to develop my personal development plan which I have
implemented for my future development which has its greater impact on our future actions in this
manner I have developed my several skills and competencies that will help me to get better job
opportunities in the market.
The video presentation that have given by me has helped me to take the feedback of my
teacher which is positive and negative both in nature (Weller, 2021). In the positive feedback my
teacher helps me to analyze that I have developed my time management skills and
communication skills from previous path but need to develop more in terms of my
communication skills as well as practical skills. This feedback collected by my teacher on video
presentation helps me in my gap analysis which will be helpful for my future actions. I will
successfully develop my personal development plan to develop my protective skills and
communication skills more to get better job opportunities in the market. In the pitch competition
activity I have analyzed that I have given my best to present my page in front of my teacher but
my teacher has given me feedback related to my presentation skills. Teacher helped me to

analyze the value of my presentation skills in the successful employability which helps me to
apply this presentation skills in real job opportunities for stock according to the feedback I was
just a little bit in my presentation skills during the which competition but I have developed it in
the future actions so that I can be able to apply it in my real life. In this manner the given
feedback by the teachers will help me e to be utilized in the real life by applying them in the real
employment opportunities. This presentation skills and effective communication skills will help
me to crack the interviews in major multinational companies so that I can be able to achieve the
true job opportunities and employment opportunities in future (Mdhlalose, 2020).
CONCLUSION
The above discussion helps me to conclude that personal development plan plays a very
important role in an individual which help them to analyze their skill gap and also has a strong
link between their analysis and future actions. After analyzing the link of future actions with the
gap analysis of an individual it has been identified that an individual is required to analyze their
skills gap so that they can be able to set their goals for future and take actions accordingly.
Further this report contains that development required in an individual for their successful
recruitment and other requirements that are essential for an individual for their successful
employability. By analyzing these points I have developed my several skills that are essential for
successful employability. After this personality test I have also received some feedback from a
teachers full stop this feedbacks helps me in the real application of employment opportunities
successfully.
