1.0 Self-reflection on personal learning and development, and
the transferable skills
Personal learning is the role of the education is to support learning. Decisions about
what to learn, how to learn and where to learn are created outside the educational system
by particular learners. This is to develop the personal skills and abilities that is useful in
future to make the life better and improved. It can be develop through various manner in
order to make the workings more effective as well as improved. This report will explain
the perception of personal learning and skills that is develop while working on model and
what skills needs to improve while working on the model.
1.1 Identification and reflection on my approach to personal learning and
development
personal learning is important in regards to improvement of the several set of
skills and an individual improvement is linked to the betterment of the person. It
considers the self development, a set of powers which can ensures the development of
the person. I was capable to search the needs to access the provided education and the
several skills with the assistance of institutional learning so that I can appropriately
improve the different skills with the aid of university learning, through this I can have gain
in having good results in academic marks which will give benefits in future. Personal
development is the procedure is improving the skills of learning so that I can have the huge
growth and development in the educational learning and also tends to attain the various
learning aspects that are further assist in having improvement in the future and tends to
achieve the objectives and the analyzed goals of mine. It is very important for a
particular to have the certain objectives that are presented the workers of the individual
in attaining the high results. Along with this, I will capable to improve the different skills
that they can make the unique prospective in life. I was not able to have the various
skills in the field of management and also determined that here are different skills
