1.0 Self-reflection on personal learning and development, and
the transferable skills
Personal learning is the role of the education is to support learning. Decisions about
what to learn, how to learn and where to learn are created outside the educational system
by particular learners. This is to develop the personal skills and abilities that is useful in
future to make the life better and improved. It can be develop through various manner in
order to make the workings more effective as well as improved. This report will explain
the perception of personal learning and skills that is develop while working on model and
what skills needs to improve while working on the model.
1.1 Identification and reflection on my approach to personal learning and
development
personal learning is important in regards to improvement of the several set of
skills and an individual improvement is linked to the betterment of the person. It
considers the self development, a set of powers which can ensures the development of
the person. I was capable to search the needs to access the provided education and the
several skills with the assistance of institutional learning so that I can appropriately
improve the different skills with the aid of university learning, through this I can have gain
in having good results in academic marks which will give benefits in future. Personal
development is the procedure is improving the skills of learning so that I can have the huge
growth and development in the educational learning and also tends to attain the various
learning aspects that are further assist in having improvement in the future and tends to
achieve the objectives and the analyzed goals of mine. It is very important for a
particular to have the certain objectives that are presented the workers of the individual
in attaining the high results. Along with this, I will capable to improve the different skills
that they can make the unique prospective in life. I was not able to have the various
skills in the field of management and also determined that here are different skills
which is required to be more smart and brilliant for the well reputed organization. These

1. Technical skills - These are the skills which I have developed while working on
this module, it is analyses that the IT skills is the most crucial skills which is
required to be acquire in regards to operate impressively and efficiently. While
this assignment my trainer concentrated on the technical skills which is utilized
in the organization. This is important skills that is needed at the duration of
learning and further for the professional life. The utilization of the computer is the
knowledge is the important factor which assist in finishing the provided task in a
theory. I have the ability to learn the various factors of the improvement and the
technology by which I can create all task in simple manner. It is the ability In
which I have develop and learn the new elements of performing In regards to
finish the task on time with the effective utilization of equipment. This manner
was the step that gained my knowledge and skills for future and present task.
2. Listening skills - this is the power which plays a vital role in someone's life. I was
able to learn this ability during working on this module due to listen carefully is the
most crucial in order to perform the assignment in an impressive manner. The
listening skills have been grown with the assistance of actively listening to others
so it is important for me have this skills so that I can have the creative ideas of
others.

There are several groups of ability which I required to improved to be the best in my
academician acquisition and promote in my professed life. Following are the ability which

 Communication skills: It is the skills which is important for me and I required to
improve more as it is crucial for me to have the communication skills more so that I
can lead a team in an effective manner. As I speak well and having a lot of friends, I
need to learn this so that I can lead a team activity while working in a team.
Along with that I want to work in management field so I required to improve my
communication skills.

 Analytical and research skills: this is the ability that I required to develop in
order to understand the behavior of others as well as it is also important for me to
make my academics more easy . It is also assist in learning new things. I need to
improve this skills so that I can gather a relevant details for me. The reasearch skills
for me it is important for understanding a customer mindset and there taste. This is
very essential skill which I need to attain so that I can act well in my
