To present a task there is need to a person have abilities and different types of skills

When an individual person can apply their skills on particular task so it can help to know their
skills and efficiency to assess him self. There are different kind of person which have possess
skills to understand the nature of others in reference to getting advantage in related tasks. An
individual capabilities are based on the targeted tasks can be achieved. To perform in different
tasks a person can analyse in proper way and increased their skills to obtain predefined goals in
particular time period. The main aim of the particular report that crate a reflective report which is
based on the self experience and different scenario. In addition to evaluate of strength and
weakness regarding to various concepts with proper action plans with the support of personal

of individual person based on two forms first is interpersonal skill and second is personal skill
that can support to decision making process regarding to different situations (Chesser‐Smyth and
Long, 2013) . Furthermore, in the subject to work in an organisation there are needs of some
proper knowledge, skills and experience to completed work with maximum result. The personal
development plan is advantageous in order to create skills in effective way to obtain required
goals and objectives. In the particular project basically discuss about the four skills which are

in my mental attitude and physical ways of talking. With the help f this skill improve my ability

According to my opinion and view my current ability in the regarding of this skill is around
80%. After taken feedback from tutor and peer I have to work on my skills to much more
improve my work and manage all things according to time. In need to improve my skill in
positive way and remain cool at the work place. Time management skill help to manage all
activities regarding to team members and divided work in particular time period between
among employees. It is helpful to develop my positive attitude and behaviour so that I can put
my maximum efforts to accomplish the planned goals of a company. I can impress to my
seniors through my work in an organisations.

As per the self assessment I found that I am positive enough to handle other after my work thus
I give 75% to my time management skill. This thing has created contradictions with the opinion
of my tutors because they think that I do not have skill to manage all works according to
requirement. I can not manage a team in perfect way so as a result most of the work gone on
pending. It makes me aggressive most of the times so I can try to solve this and manage work in
time limit.
How will this skill help me in the future?
This skill will help me in future to impress my seniors to provide files on time in an
organisation. It will increase to performance level of all employees as well as expand to my
