Personal statement

I want to do Healthcare Management course because I have good knowledge about the stream.
As I worked with vulnerable adults with dementia, cancer and Parkinson. During past working in
healthcare management I performed the duty of service provide for personal care. I also
performed the role and responsibilities of administrative medication, domestic clean, shopping
and financial paying by own such as- rent, water bills etc. I prefer to use these services because I
was always felt interesting myself for helping other and taking care of them. I want to do this
course because I have analytical skills that I used while working in the fields. I performed the
roles and responsibilities of a leader well and better as solved problems regarding issues of
staffing and administration. Effective coordination skills that helped me while taking actions
with regards to actions of others required for effective collaborations. I performed the duties of
safe and accurate administration of medicines, required because of the preventing clients from
health issues. So while administrating I ensure that the therapy should be monitored effectively
and accurately that helps the clients for educate towards self administrative and information of
drugs while discharging. Thus while working in this field I learned various skills and abilities
such as- performing service effectively and helps others while providing services to clients,
effective communication, coordination, critical thinking and leadership skills required for
handling teams and groups effectively that reflects successful results within field. Working in
the healthcare field has allowed me to make sure that I am able to learn more about taking a
better care of the different types of patients who are facing a wide variety of health-related
problems and issues. This can help me a lot in ensuring that the overall level of satisfaction level
related with health can enhanced in a proper manner. For this I had to take a wide variety of
actions. Thus in this way I have made sure that I am able to attain the short-term, medium-term
and long-term goals and objectives related with healthcare which will help in ensuring that the
better care of these particular patients can be taken.
