PERSONAL STATEMENT
People argue about the significance of theoretical knowledge which is going down due to
emphasis of students shifting towards practical knowledge through doing internships or part time
jobs during their early days of life. It is not an appropriate thinking as theoretical knowledge
helps in attaining skills and valuable information that is important for rapid career growth of an
individual life. My name is Rositsa Petrova and I have finished my 2 year course in the field of
Human Resource Management from Regent College, Wembley which is among the top College
that provides equal importance to practical together with theoretical education during the time
span of teaching. In Human Resource Management, I have acquired the knowledge in the field
related with processes of establishing good relationships with workforce, providing training and
development programmes to employees, compensating them for services and resolving their
conflicts or grievances so to motivate them to perform work with full efficiency and attaining
desired results. Now, I want to persuade further education in Business Management and for that I
have opted Bucks University, Kingsbury that is located in England UK. The course of business
management will help me in developing my knowledge in wider areas such as finance,
marketing, accounting and other aspects of business. The reason behind studying further or the
course of Business Management is to get better knowledge, better degree as well as better career
options in future life. Such course is significant for me as it will helps in attaining knowledge
about leadership, corporate strategies as well as innovation which will help me in my future
career aspects. Beside this, another reason to opt for such course is my keen interest to become
an entrepreneur due to my passion towards entrepreneurship.
Bucks university is my preferred choice as the university provides excellent quality of
education to students. The institute teaches to those individuals who makes valuable usage of
gained knowledge in the are they are specialised. If I get selected in the institute then I will work
very hard to assist the college in proceeding with the mission addition to vision together with
attaining them in specified time period. Topics such as managing innovation, leading towards
change are one of my favourite ones as they delivers knowledge about real world situations and
the ways new things should be adopted through changes. I want to increase my thinking skills,
logical reasoning and research abilities with Bucks University. I have also studies various books
that are related with business management such as “ The Entrepreneurial Mind”, “The Essence
of Business and Management” and “ Management Secrets”. Other then this, some of the articles

that I have read includes “ The iEconomy”, “Meeting the Challenges of Disruptive change” and
many more. I am keen to study the course as to gain knowledge about current or future trends in
market, communication, business policies, customer preferences and information technology. I
am a committed student who always completes the assignments or tasks given on the same date
as well as try to perform best to attain top grades and performs works in different ways.
