PERSONAL STATEMENT

Why are you applying for Business and management 4 year foundation Degree course?
I am dedicated student of business and management. Both these areas are central place in
society which has many opportunities and challenges too. This interest has inspired me to get
enrolled in the course where I can gain more in-depth knowledge about business management.
My future plan is to open a new business that serve quality products to consumers and provide
them value for money. For that it is essential for me to get insight detail about management and
business hence I want to apply for this course where I can develop my business skills and can
prove myself as successful entrepreneur who can contribute well in society as well.
Why does this subject interest you?
Recently I am working as manager in Handforth tandoori where I have to deal with
consumers and have to handle daily business activities. I have huge interest in making contact
with new persons and answering their problems. This experience of mine has raised my interest
in this subject. Ilike to socialise with other people as I am a social person. This course will give
me opportunity to interact with more people and know more about how to deal with different
consumers in business hence it is interesting for me.
Why do you think you are suitable for this course
I have good experience of working as manager and I have contributed well in my present
company in raising its profitability. I have good command over my language and can deal with
different consumers easily. I am a good team leader which is essential to have in a managerial
level person. I have all the qualities that a business person must have hence I found myself
suitable for this course. My knowledge and experience make me the suitable person for this
course. I am a good academic students and also I continuously make efforts to improve my
business knowledge. I read economic times regularly. I read case studies of entrepreneurs and
their business decisions. Part from this, I like to learn new theories related to the same which
make me unique person and most suitable for this course.

I have Worked as manager in Handforth Tandoori. I have to handle business activities and
have manage operations. I am responsible for selling goods and services and also raising
consumer base in the firm.
My future plan is to become a successful entrepreneur and serve the society well. I want
to offer them affordable quality products. I aim to get admission in this course so that I can
improve my skills and get develop myself professionally to handle or manage a new business
significantly.
